  • is the white-ish hand print like ur trademark oh and do you like study the photos before you paint them and i can tell yellow and red is ur favorite choice of contrast colours? i dont blame you

  • When do we get a Michael Jackson painting?

  • My eagle and tiger (the animal, not Mr. Woods,) both work well. The key is finding out what is the major image clue and leaving it out until the end. With the animals it is often the eyes. With Ray Charles it is the teeth.

  • @dandunn57 Your Ray Charles one was amazing, the whole time it was like, "What... is he painting?" and then it's like, "WOW."

    You're good dude, props.

  • Do you sell your clothes after?

And do you ever do anything other than faces?

  • painting faces isn't easy :S

  • I never said it was. I've tired myself..much slower than this guy. He has incredible talent.

    I'm just curious.

  • Landscapes are much more forgiving. I have spent my life drawing and painting faces.

  • I start out clean every show. I have given my clothes away to kids and event people or clients. Selling seems tacky. Dan

  • haha yeah that could qualify as tacky in my book as well.

I'm not sure why I asked.

And I suppose I'm really just curious if there are any other subjects for painting that can offer the same moment of revelation that the face does when you spin it for the first time and everyone sees it.
