@bmw8907 While his character did become a lot more lame (except where HHH was involved) yes, the fact that he happened to find religion is probably the biggest reason he was able to come back in 2002 and continue to be awesome (in ring wise) for 7 years after, as opposed to ending up like so many other old wrestlers.
