  • Open the carb.. it could be the carb slide

  • What happend is you didn't drop the slide in the carb right. the slide should drop in easily and you shouldnt have to compress the spring to put it on if you do then that means you haven't put the slide in right.

  • check to see if you installed the throttle right, then check your idle screw..good luck

  • cables to tight (y)

  • adjust your idle screw

  • can enyone help me wen i start my 125cc pit bike it is fine but wen i turn to the right it revves by its self and is very dangerouse anyone no aq sulution to my problem ?? thanks

  • watch if needels is stuck or spring is broken or you put your throttle cabel to wrong nots at throttle tube?? (my english sucks. i can spell it right but no write)

  • check the throttle cable cause on my pocketbike one of the ends of the throttle cable broke off so im going to get a new one tomorrow good luck :)

  • Im no expert but ive been doing alot of reshearch on pocket bikes.....and it sounds like mayby that your throttle cable is so tight that even when you let it go the throttle cable is still pulling on the throttle causing alot of air to get into the carb making it rev to the top....if im wrong correct me plz id lile to learn as much as possible

  • ur idle screw is either in to far or ur needle spring is wore out and need to get it replaced or u need to clean the carborator

  • that is wat happen to my bike

  • yea u have a 4 stroke x-22 fighter and what u have to do is is the cable instead of twisting it off loosen it until slowly at a time n just start the n from dere just adjust it by loosenin it n den u wud be gud

  • hi, i had the exact same problem, you have to unscrew the cap off the carb again and then the plastic thing with the need at the bottom and spring ontop will have on one side a full cut out line and on the other only at the bottom a small piece which goes diagonaly down/inwards, this is there you adjust the idle so that side should be facing the idle screw, simple problem but hard to find :P

  • hey for a twelve year old he knew enough about what he was talkin about, props

  • THE REASON WHY IT AINT WORKING IS BECAUSE ITS EATHER THE WAY YOU SCREWED THE NEEDLE THING INTO THE CARB, OR YOU NEED TO CLEAN UR CARB SO EVERYTHING INSIDE OF THE CARB WORKS PROPPERLY!!!

IF YOU STILL HAVE THE PROBL;EM LET ME KNOW IF YOU LIVE IN TORONTO.?

IF YOU DO ILL FIX THE PROBLEM FOR YOU IN TWO MINUTES FOR FREE.

    EMAIL; ryan.r.w@live.com

  • Have you tried adjusting your throttle cable.

Or there is a screw a your carborater which will make your engine idle

  • hey where can i find that needle thing for a mini moto

  • Follow the throttle cable down to the carb , and unscrew the cap .. Then reinsert the cap until the throttle feels comfortable to you .....

  • check the wires from the engine and the carberator and stuff

  • i have the same carb. take the cap off where the cable gose and make shure that you put that pice in right there are two notches in side there and the black pice that the cable is hooked must sitting right or it will rev high like it dose black pice should sitt prety far in

  • I had the same problem with my bike, it was really stupid - there was a tiny gap between the carb and the engine. Make sure that NO air gets in between there, or it will just suck extra air in and rev out of control. I took mine off, spread some oil around the joint and tightened it down.

    Good luck fella!

  • hahahahahaha this thing goes up? XD its the RPM's

  • try adjusting the idle

  • maybe the cable is on wrong

  • needle is in wrong in carb ,take it out and slide it in slowly and make sure it is lined up with notch in carb DO IT SLOWLY!!!!!!!

  • Hey i have had the same problem with my bike all u need to do is take off ur air filter and soray some carb cleaner directly into were ur air filter was...... and then just pull ur throtle back and forth until it loosens up that should work...... u can get some carb cleaner at any dirt bike shop

  • on my mini bike the throttel cable on the throttel not the carb is like pulled out all the way i need help thanks

  • rofl you have no idea what the fuck you're doing

  • @seajist which is why he asked for help!

  • haha people of the earth,I like!

  • on the carb if you took it a part you have to make sure the nedle is all the way down

  • hey ummm can u help me?

i have a 49cc pocket bike and it dose not pick up speed when i do full throtal it gose slow then after like a minute it gose fast? how can i fix it?

  • @MrRcFan wronge gas oil mix or carb outta wack

  • does it have a computer. if so it might be bad.

  • gas leake or therul is frose

  • do you have your slide turned around? are both ends of the cable hooked up? is the cable broke and making the throttle stick?

  • your throttle is stuck dude, try looking where you screw it on by the carb if it dosent work then you need a new cablee...

  • Your Throttle cable may not be connected properly the same thing happened to me with my 2 stroke mini bike

  • ur cable is too tight ,make sure u turn the needle like part inside so its gos down so u just have too put the spring back easy

  • you throttle cable is getting stuck in either the throttle pice or in your carb

  • Check the entire cable and make sure it didn't get melted on something hot OR that it may have gotten pinched against something. The cable may have freyed inside the housing. You need to get the cable moving freely. It is stuck open.

  • Das ist die kupplung die kapput sein kann war bei mia auch so das pockebt bike hat von alleine gas gegeben

  • your throttle slide is not seated in the carburetor fully, there should be a longer groove and a shorter groove for a certain side of the throttle insert in the carburetor.

  • yo i think you need to losen your cable, loosen the lower nut and adjust it,i think it might work

  • clean tha carb you can go to autozone get some carb cleaner and nedilea

  • check the connection to the throttle. Check if it is moving to much, that might explain the sudden bost in power. And to fix it just make sur the end of the cord is in the middle of the the screw and the black cable covering the throttle cable is connected properly.

  • ITS YOUR CARB

  • what's going on with it?

It's broken, and you've likely made it worse through manky half-engineering.

In short, if you don't know what you're doing, stop, and RTFM.

  • throttle stuck on

  • how bout u tell me how to fix my fucking dirtbike im peast because the back tires stuck and will not move help me plzzz

  • Yo did u fix ur motorbike yet cause if u did can u tell me how cause that samething happen to me too but idk how to fix it. Please help

  • or your idle is way to high look for a screw near the carburetor and lossen it and it should help it !

  • that round thing that skrews off that the cable gos to that needs a new spribg in threre

  • Also make sure the choke OFF if you even know what that is

  • I've been working on a baja and it had the smae problem and we fixed it so take off the gas tank make sure the hose is clamped and check the rod that connects the governed to the carb and make sure that is right or check the choke valve it could be stuck open and make sure that the trottle is connected to the arm and is pulling it back every time you twist it message me back if it works or not

  • fuck .. dude this kid dont know jack shit now do he... dont you go to school?

  • get a new carb its only like $30 if u adjusted the throtthle cable then u dont need a carb then it is most likly u air intake value which might be stuck open take the manifold on (the thing that connects the airintake to the engine)and follow it to a cover (its called a reed) replace it and if u already havnt adjust the idle screw counter clocwise like 1 turn at a time and check ur carb pressure forks (there on the side of the mainjet the screw when u open the carb bowl check if it moving freely

  • hahahahaha pmsl you sound like your gonna cry

  • the butterfly door (that thing that opens and closes inside of the air intake valve) is probably jamed open so when you turn on the bike it instantly intakes gas and air and reves all the way. try either greasing the butterfly door or take out the pin that holds the butterfly door in and put the butterfly door back in, in the opposite direction.

  • its the flot in yer carb thats broken. its the spring or the pin in the flot (the flot is the blak cilinder in the carb)

  • youre frotul is not in rite wen you put it in make shore that youre pin is in corect le safe

  • It's the needle in carb thats connected to the throttle cable needs to be readjusted sounds like its not sitting in right or needle might be bent

  • ther is a screw next to wer the trothel is on the carb if tats tightend den u need to lossen it because it is already reving up

  • i got the same problem with mine but i have tried mostly everything and my bike keeps grinding on gears when i start it! i need help with mine.....

  • its probably one of 3 things. either wour throttle is stuck. remove the carb and see if the small hatch thing moves inside. If it's not that, then it's porbably the idle screws that need adjusting. and if it's not one of those two, then you did a bad job on the throttle cable. it would help if u know if it was 2 or 4 stroke... do u mix the gas?

  • i got the same problem except mine is a 2 stroke i have the problem with both of my cag pocket bikes. one of them i started it up and it idled so i turned the idle screw to the left it got louder but still idle so i kept turning it just a little more and it took off at full throttle yes the cables fine but im not sure wat to do and with my other one it would at the beggining of its life when it was knew it ran fine but later on it would stay i the ,postion that i would throttle it even thow it

  • try destroying the bike

  • Put a dildo in your ear.

  • take da throtle cable off the carb the niddle might not be in the whole so it always getn gas. explanes why u a take off cuz its opend all the way up.

  • check ur idle control screw or it is posible that the throttle cable is jamed

  • hey, try turning down the little rev screw.

  • i got an answer, get a brand name

  • its ur throttle cable to thin u need to get a propper thick cable to actually makee the throttle work

same thing dat happened to me i jus got a new throttle and link the cable to the place where it sits and secure the cable in it shud wrk

  • well since this was a year ago im guessing you fixed it but anyways take out ur carb and give it a look remove ur throttle cable from the carb and make sure it is put in correct it should be able to slide in the hole smooth. well u have it out test it out see if the needle goes up and down when u twist ur throttle.

  • just take apart your throttle body, and put it back together. i can bet the tip of the cable isnt in the hole and wraaped around the grip circle

  • undo everything and put it back together hapend me to worked like a charm

  • o dang well the take it apart and buy a new carb and float

  • just get a new throttle cable

  • you sure you put the throdle cable into the engine block right mine was doing that last night to but i figured out my cble was inside the hole slanted and not pulling

  • yeh the same thing was happening with my pitbike it was sticking at the tubing so just check if uve run it through rite

  • take off air filter and make sure little metal piece goes up when u turn thrrottle or it could be running lean

  • rebuild the carburetor home boy...

  • play aruond with the needle i race those just kepp fooling with it

and mybe clean the carb and check everyting

  • me and my m8 found 1 its a nice red superbike has all parts half tank of petrol and we pull the pull start and it doesnt start...we've had like 4 adults tryin 2 start it.

  • get some one to pull the throttle and take it out of the carb and put it back and then it will work good and there is a smaal screw on the side and play with it till it idels right

  • mines doin the same thing lol i do wheelies in 3rd gear......without tryin, its only 49 cc's

  • check the throttle cabel ... open it and check it or check the from the cabirator

  • that happened to mine just like yesterday.

ok take off the carb and un screw the throttle thing on the carb then check if theres dirt or rust in side where the needle is then clean it off i soaked mine in petrol or WD40 the wiped it then put it back together then the throttle should work.

mine was all rusted but the rust just wiped away when i soaked it in WD40.

  • dont be a fucking dum ass bitch kid buy a new one

  • you need to relax you pathetic peice of shit.. this way he gets to learn... your just a garbage human

  • the slide in your carb is not sitting at the bottom. So when you turn the bike on its like the engine is reveing wide open. Take the cap off the carb and make sure the slide is at the bottom. The needle slides into alittle whole the the bottom ,make sure its in the whole.

  • its the float in your carb...clean it out

  • get a new cable it happend to my motocross bike now ive got a hevy duty

  • it is the throttle house and the throttle tube is locking up and rubbing in the throttle housing. take it out and reinstall it.

  • You can actually breath by yourself but. Rejoice in that.

  • no achally the throttle needle is not set in place re drop the needle i hade the same problem with mt three wheeler

  • no afence

but the problem is its a pieace of shit chinese bike

thats the problem get japanies like suzuki and yamaha

it cost more but there fuking way better

  • suzuki and honda are jabanies

  • it might be your clutch that why it poppin forward that one reason and the second i would jus get a new carbruettor

  • yeah sounds like your carb is all gummed up or you might jsut need to loosen the throttle cable

  • Hey does anybody know how to put a layout on your channel???

  • what u need to do is take the cable out the carb and put it back in

its not in all the way the pin is not in the hole no thing is wrong with it

  • WHat you need to do is take apart you carborator. And where the throtle cable goes into the carb take really fine sand paper to it until it slides up and down freely. And then put a little grease on it. It happens to my dirt bike about every three weeks. And do what CONVOY05 said make sure that the cable is lined up where it sitcks out inside the carb

  • were the trotel cabel gos in to the carb it is in the not right but in a nuther way and try

  • its because ur a fffuuucckking dumb ass cunt. who shouldn't be on a bike.. get a new bike it sounds like a piece of shit...lol... some times the truth hurts.

  • throttle cables to tight i had the same problem or theres a little peace of steel that sticks out and theres a slot on the end of the throttle cable and they have to mach up

  • most likely its the idle

  • check your carb. It should have an idle adjustment screw (just a dummy screw that sets the 'resting' position of the butterfly), and screw it out until either the idle goes down or until the tip of the bolt is not touching.

  • dude check your cable like loosen it and also check your carb and clean it

  • throttle cable tis too tight, adjust that right and play with your idle speed screw and you'll be golden

  • its ether the cable inside is sticking to the rubber--this happens alot.

what i suggest is to soak it in petrol for a good hour then try and release buy pulling each end.

  • TUNE UR CARB

  • My kx throttle was sticking :( and when i went in first it drove off without me...

  • yea most likely its the idle screw or the cable from the throttle is way too tight

    check both of them out

  • Throttle cable is wayyyyyyy to tight go back and take some tension off man! maybe remove the cable just to see if thats the problem if not then its the idle screws for sure!

  • its called rpms

  • check the idel on the carb (the scrue with the spring on it) try fiddleing with it twist it left and right till it stops reving so high. Or check the fuel/air mixture scrue and fiddle with that . ( both are are locaded ok the carb)

  • you definetly didnt install the throttle cable right, its too tight or its pinched and needs to be ajusted, just make sure theres are no tight turns in it and it connects to the carb straight up and down

  • heyy man there would be somthing wrong wit the choke on the side of the carby coz it has happend to me alot but also check that the throtle is in da carby rite

    but fiddle with the choke

    good luck mate

  • take out the cable from the carb and keep it the thing were the needle is. put the thing were the cable in and turn it around and push it in a couple of times until it goes right down to the bottom so you cant see the needle. this happened to my 110cc dirt bike i took it to garage and they sed they fixed it but they didnt i fixed it myself.

  • take the cable out of the carb and there will be either a notch or two an alien it with the notch and when its tunred off twist the throttle then let go and listen closely and you should here the butterfly's in the carb close and it will make a clicking sound almost

  • Your throttle is stripped

  • unscrew the throttle from the carb and align it so it goes in easily without applying pressure then you should be set.

  • so this happened after you replaced the throttle cable?. so what it is is probably the tension or freeplay on you throttle

  • the cable is 2 tite LOL all u need 2 do is on the top of the carb loosen it and u should beable 2 rev

  • you havent aligned your bobbing needle properly, pull it out and have a look at it then look for a little pin in the inside of the carb then align it and it should be good

  • hey man check the assembly of your throttle cable it maybe jammed/assembled incorrectly.

  • thats the rpms dumb fuck 1st gear is mean for acceleraltion

  • your float in ur carb is stuck.

  • thats not why or else he wouldve still been able to give it gas

  • that happend to mine. i move it around and a lot of crap fell of then it worked fine

  • its your carberator but probably not your idle tho cause you would still be able to reb it what i think it is, ok so you probably just need to rebuild carberator or you have a leak some were, were air is leaking through and that is causing your bike to rev.. it happend to my dirt bike my reed valve was leaking and i couldnt hear it was so long.....two stroke

  • it has a mid of its own and maybe you have the dial to high and that really revas it

  • lmao, thats sucks

  • Throttle cable STUCK :o

  • look.. u kno the idle screw? turn tht to the left to lower it but not to much like 3 turns so the gas dosent go up by it self

  • yo u either need a whole new throttle cable and needle, i think the needle didnt go down all the way, either that or u put the thrttole nut for the needle on cross threaded message me bak, i werk with pocket bikes at a shop,

  • just take out the plunger on your carb and make sure that the plunger is lined up with your carborateur

  • hey i have the same problem with my bike if you have it fixed can u message me on how u did it thx

  • give me your nuber

  • if you havnnt fixed your bike yet then let me know and i`l walk you through repairing the problem

  • unscrew the sleeve out of the top.

on the sleeve or the little thing with the needle, theirs to marks on the side. there a dash, and there one with a long line. put it so the line part is pint to the right of the bike. it will go all the way down that way, causing the bike to work again.

  • I think he meant idle, if your idle screw is tightened too tight the bike starts revving after you fire it up, you should definitely check the cable too, because if its stuck behind the frame or some other thing it pulls the throttle by itself, so you should loose it up a bit so you get some free motion to the throtthle. One thing that could cause that too is that if the bike runs lean, but i think thats not the problem. PM me if you got it fixed, and tell me what was the problem :)

  • Is it the Gold-ish screw on the side of the Carb, between the screw and the carb is like a silver spring. on the tip of the screw theres like a slit for a flat head to twist it.

is that it? if not then whats that thing called.

  • thats ur carb adjustor, a.k.a idle screw

  • not any kind of tape it look like that black elc tape

  • that happen to mines i had it was like whe i start it up it take off by it self so i put it in the shop that cable came a loose and the man put tape to hold it so it dont come a loose and it never came a loose and make sure u put it on rite cause if u dont that could happen i took the moter off my because the rest off the bike wazent good so i kept the moter cause it was so i kind off know about them cause i just use to mess around with mine that how i know a little about them

  • what prolly happend is unscrew that cap and turn the thing ataccched to the cable it will only go down all hte way in one direction if u put it in in the wrong direction it will stay up and it will be wot (wide open throttle) let me know if this helps do u have msn messenge if so send me it in a pm and ill help ya out

  • should be a little knob near the carburator you can turn left or right.

  • ajust your idol. turn it way own then try to crank it

  • whats the idol?

  • **Update, A man happend to cuaght my video and helped me out So far, I found out my cable is Bind.

  • I moved the camera by accident when I started it, so you didnt see the x1000r/min go up.

    but it does.
