  • YOU WON! - what did you win? YOUR FREEDOM. WHY? BECAUSE YOU KNOW THE LAW.

  • In all honesty, I have no idea what you guys stand for. Your mission goals are ambiguious as best and you don't follow any time of mission statement.

  • I don't see the problem in this video? The police received a complaint, they investigated pretty politely, and left quite quickly when they realized Mr. Ridley wasn't causing any harm. If only all police would react as these two did.

  • You shit on the constitutuion for your convenience. You have no patriotism and you come off as a retard.

  • Cops Pomp and Cicumstance fail......

  • david ridley is a fucking douche bag fagget who uses the constitution as a fuckin joke to harrass and fuck with the cops cause he can legally. doesnt mean its cool and you are a fuckin douche

  • @amandaskyler no, he exercises his rights, the group he is with, is showing police that they dont have all the power in the world. the problem is police officers becoming power hungry and coming up with bullshit to try and arrest someone or write a ticket. he's also trying to enlighten other people to their rights as American and New Hampshire citizens.

  • lol the cops are fleeing the scene of a crime! quick get them!

  • lol..."free staters' emergency hotline."

  • school trip! :)

  • what I don't understand is, why do you demand people answer your questions but you "respectfully decline" to answer theirs. quit being an idiot and you wont get harassed!

  • @verstehetmich: He didn't DEMAND people answer his questions. He ASKED. Learn the difference.

Your advice "quit being an idiot and you wont get harassed" won't work, since he was not being an idiot and was nevertheless harrassed.

  • @DavidForthoffer My sincerest apologies, Mr. Perfect. However, he was/is still an idiot. People like this just go hunting for controversy.

  • @verstehetmich: I am disappointed you have not discerned the difference between hunting for controversy versus working toward certain peaceful goals even while ready for controversy.

  • r u harassing people so they call the police so u can video them in the name of freedom?

  • @fuzzmeister13 that's pretty much what I am gathering from this as well...

  • slightly less than exciting

  • cops hate it when you know your rights

  • Thank you for your videos. I'm Canadian, but freedom and rights are not limited to nationality. They are for all peoples.

  • RIP

  • IM LEARNING A LOTT FROM THIS GUY

  • @eddieg671 I agree, and he's really calm and peaceful, which is what is needed.

  • Seems like Ridley was TOTALLY DEFLATED AS SOON AS THE POLICE LEFT.The politicians must be laughing their asses off at the little people divided and fighting each other.Still i think you are gutsy and have balls and a little desobedience here and there keeps the ruling class guessing....FREEDOM LIVES...

  • ITs about time someone stood up to the cops in a adult way of course. I'm getting tired of them acting like they are god just bc they have a badge on. Kentucky state cops are the worst for acting like pricks.

  • Ha Ridley reminds me of Agent Smith, only he's on Zions side.

  • do yall just wake up one day and say i think im going to go give some hard working cop a hard time when they are the ones that work day and night to protect your rights.

  • @tolongforyou They are not protecting your rights if they are asking you to disregard them. most people like this do not have anything against cops but we all need to express our rights and know our rights so we dont get taken advantage of. just because he may be hard working doesnt mean we shouldnt use our rights. Im hard working so does that mean a cop shouldnt bother me?

  • You sir, have a subscriber. Need more like you around here...

  • that cop works at my school hes a total dick head !

  • these videos are incredibly pointless and boring.

  • what is your goal?

  • If you don't like the police why do you spend so much time interacting with them? They are just doing their job anyway. You seem like a very cooky individual anyway. Very odd..

  • @sg1can You seem like a retarded individual!

  • @sg1can he's an activist. He's not out there mingling, he's looking to bring issues to public attention.

  • @sg1can I am a libertarian law student and I support him

  • lol wow man way to go. keep up the fight for rights

  • if You Google Image Search...

    FREEMASONS POLICE BADGES

You will Notice Many are FREEMASONS ?

Its not Symbols of The Bill of Rights or Constitution That is Displayed on there ID.

Maybe there not what You Think ?

Constitutional Law & Goverment vs FREEMASON POLICY ?

  • We must outlaw police fraternities.

  • that cop is harrassing people

  • I was in a car repair shop when I saw a young NYPD stop a cement truck (the one that has the rolling cylindrical metal), not sure what for but from my understanding the truck was already in the cement company grounds, meaning private property, and it seemed like the cop wanted to give the driver a ticket or worse. He couldn't do anything since its in private property,so the young swine gets on his Impala and stomps down on the gas pedal and drives away full of shame.

  • They are leaving the scene because they have better things to do, unlike you time waster.

  • Its only harassment if the individual asks you to stop and you don't.

  • @HalleyMoises but it's in a public facility, sure if it was in, let's say, a Walmart, I would be particularly careful to make sure no employees faces get in the shot, but during pull overs, the cop car's dash-cam records us and yet we can't record them?

  • Way to go Dave way to go :).

  • I like the way you handled these cops, but I'm curious why you gave your name. I'm not sure that you're required to give it.

  • nice vidoe

  • did you find out who was making complaints about you and why? perhaps you should considering posting who they are, if you know. it might put them on notice. then again, maybe you have other tactical reasons for not doing so.

  • what is sakalCAI? a collection agency?

  • You're a psyco idiot. Get a job and pay taxes before you start bitching. You're probably on welfare or unemployment. A parasite.

  • @butterpoop ..hey buddy if i were you i would not put my 2 cents in anywhere else after that last comment you made.

  • @vbizzle12345 I don't think his brains are worth two cents.

  • you must have done something to piss off the cop or provoke him because cops just don't go fucking with everyday people contrary to popular belief. Funny because I have never been fucked with by cops. Also filming a cop might cause the cop to fuck with you, just a thought.

  • ...What the hell shady conspiracy shit is going down in new hampshire? I'm from Chicago, and we have hella crooked cops out here, but it isn't like... as creepy as this...

  • This group may have been doing "community service" [sentenced to serve], hence the reluctance by all to say who they worked for, as it would be identifying themselves as convicted criminals. Additionally, they were juveniles - adding another level of offical secrecy. Hint - they were cleaning in a goverment office. You would want your petition signatories to be 18 yrs old. This doesn't excuse the cop's "stasi" tactics, but may explain the situation, and the "mysterious" behavior.

  • .. your case see he is being nice. asking someone who they work for is private to them and is harassment. also if they are under age legally they dont have to and shouldnt sign petitions and can be not accepted as a signature on one. they probably left because they had better things to do than deal w/ a harassing man for a petition

  • im sorry but your being an ass on purpose the cop might not know what you did he was told someone was harassing people so he is asking for your ID. instead of pissing him off for no reason why not just say you have the right to confront your accuser or dont you know that law? it would have been simpler and easier to argue then i dont have ID and pissing off the officers. you gave him a wrong first name? so you lied to the cops yea that helps...

  • @nicamy8988 You are obviously missing the point. "doing simpler and easier" is equivalent to just handing over our legal rights. In most states, if you do have an ID on your person you are required by the state to surrender it because technical an ID is the property of the state.

He probably did not have it on him (purposefully).

  • @kicstart no i got the point but if you cooperate they wont take it off you if you havent done anything wrong there are more good cops than bad so your chances of getting messed w/ are slim. but your missing my point why hide behind your rights to get away w/ doing the wrong thing not necessarily everything he is doing here but in other vids and other people. for example people went door to door telling people the police were coming use your rights not to let them in w/o a warrant. thats all...

  • @kicstart .. and good but that tells all the people doing something illegal they have time to either move their shit or know to not let them in its abusing your rights. im talking as an ex solider but froma different country but thats not what any of us soldiers fight for your rights arent there to be used to cover up and hide behind when you have done something wrong be it big or small take the punishment thats why its there to teach you not to do the wrong thing

  • The police is confused too. The reporters should befriends cops as much as possible, because often times cops don't know they were being deceived by the governments as tool of oppression. He should inform them what happen and surprisingly, many cops stand on the people's side when they know what the truth is!

  • Dude you really need to get laid and/or get a life

  • lol try that in New Orleans the cops down here will murder him for this and they would find like all the other people they found

  • Then he should state that is what he is doing and why. Don't see how it could be helpful unless you are going to be reporting on how cops react to cameras.

  • @BPanther69 He stated he was recording the audio which is required to not be guilty of wiretapping.

  • @kicstart not actually talking about his statement. Talking about him stating why he is doing the actual vidieos. If he is doing it for educational purpose on your rights then he should state that to better understand the context of the overall vidieo. But yes you are correct someone in the audio/vidieo portion on comenting to the person he is filming but that is not called wiretapping.

  • wow this vid is not even worth posting. what was accomplished....nothing.

  • @BPanther69

He is educating the public on how to assert themselves in situations like this. its very helpful imo.

  • Ridley did everything correctly up until he picked up his phone. He should have asked if he was free to go instead of talking about what just happened to all within earshot.

  • another TOOL

  • funny when a cop dies on duty rather than off

  • harassment requires the aggrieved party to request you stop doing something that blatantly is trespassing someone's rights, and then you to defy that request willfully. that cop is a big ol piece of fecal matter, what a douche.

  • if the government asks you for id you supply it it is procedure of that of the federal

  • @floridaman2000 Your comment makes no sense

  • David, you are so damn cute!

  • this guy is a fucking baby. your a waste of life loser who has nothing better to do but try and put yourself in these rediculous situations. really everyone this man is jobless and is trying to get some sort of lawsuit so he can sit around at home all day sucking his dick off. because seriously look at him what chick would fuck a little geek like this guy.

  • LIsten up morons! If you don't grasp what is going on here, you should just kill yourselves now. A cop comes up to you and says that someone as accused you of doing something you haven't done. They aren' t present, of course, as they figure the cops will just take their word for it and not question them about the complaint. Why in the hell would you defend yourself if the claim was baseless. Do you not get the "innocent until proven guilty" theory? Let the accuser come forward.

  • @rrhynes Thats why you go to court if charged you stupid cunt.

  • @SkInHoUnD Oh sure. Just stop what you're doing, inconvenience yourself and go to court . Are you nuts?

Ridley handled this right and stopped them in their tracks. Go polish some more boots maggot.

  • @rrhynes Clearly you have too many chromosomes.

  • @SkInHoUnD And you , apparently, have an extra one. Is your name Corky?

  • Welcome to Fascist America.

  • Ridly politely disobeys Police orders because he is under no obligation to comply... Just like every other American in this country!

  • @MusicMan53100 Yeah it is people like Dave Ridley who allow people like the guy who filmed children and put it on a website for paedophiles to get away with what they are doing, cos it is completely within their rights. Why would he want to film children in the first place. I bet all you people would see it differently if your child came home and said some weird guy came up to them asking them a bunch of questions and filming them

  • @BroomeBlocker4 =.= Then it is apparent that you dont know the diff. between those we are trying to protect and prosecute. The situation youv just described is illegal by any standards. But your average true law abiding American citizen is under no real obligation to comply. The cops work for us, not the other way around- Same with the govt, though they like to think theyr in charge.

  • @MusicMan53100 Actually the situation I just described isn't illegal, they are trying to make it illegal now. The rest of your post makes no sense. The police officer was responding to a complaint about a man harassing and filming children, I don't know how you would like to live but I find it good that police do follow up on such complaints. The police officer took his name and told him not to harass people, something that is COMPLETELY reasonable and by law he should comply with that

  • @BroomeBlocker4 Iv just re-watched the vid. How is he a Pedo if he walsk up to a group of people and askes them "who do oyu work for/which co. do you belong to?" etc.. "Putting children on a website to be viewed by pedo's" =.= he wasnt doing anything sexual, the teens were fully clothed. he never phsyically harrased them. He merely asked a few questions on camera as a journalist should to. So now your saying that all Media should be illegal?

  • @MusicMan53100 Yeah, the guy that filmed the kids for the pedo website didn't do anything sexual either, they were fully clothed too, he never physically harassed them, he merely filmed them and put it on the internet. Notice the similarities. Yes I do believe you should not be able go around filming children as a random person. You do know as a JOURNALIST as he claims to be you HAVE TO HAVE ID visibly shown on your person to be filming or interviewing anyone usually a tag around your neck

  • @BroomeBlocker4 That tag I.D. thing is basicly a form of disclosing ones identity, right? Well it is Ridley's right (as it is the right of every American citizen) to withhold that type of personal information.

Ridleys posting this on YouTube, not some Pedo-site, duh! And from what I'v seen, Ridely always identefies himself by saying stuff like "hello, my name's Dave Ridley for RidleyReport and I was wondering if I could interview you for a few minutes" so what the hell are you talkin about!?

  • @MusicMan53100 It sets a legal precedent, if one person gets away with filming children, then everyone can get away with it. He didn't say hello my name is Dave Ridley for Ridley report, he was asking for people to sign a petition, then got upset when told they were working and couldn't sign the petition and followed the group saying who do you work for, are you a government organisation, etc.... There is no point trying to get this point across to you, your just not getting it.

  • @BroomeBlocker4 Oh, I get it alright. You just dont understand that (regardless of situation) it is every American citizens right to keep their I.D from public eyes/ears. It is also the right/duty of every American citizen 2 question their govt and to peacfully assemble. That's exactly what he was doing. So Ridley was entirely within his rights as an American Citizen! If I take a camera and film my lil bro being funny and put it on the net, does that make me a Pedo? NO!

  • @BroomeBlocker4 And you spelled "organization" wrong, smarty-pants... And futher more, it is also the right of American citizens to ask people to sign a petition. Whether the people sign it or not is up to them. And remember, our govt works for us- not the other way around so techniquely: a govt that keeps secrets is illegal!

  • @MusicMan53100 no, it is actually spelt organisation. The language is called ENGLISH not AMERICAN made up spelling. Also if you are a working as a journalist you do have to wear ID. Look at any news report you will see the reporter will have an ID tag around their neck. Same as if you work as a police officer. security or anyone else providing a public service. Even in America you spelled technically wrong. Filming your little brother is different than filming kids you don't know.

  • @BroomeBlocker4 -.- =.= o.o *breaks out laughing*

  • @BroomeBlocker4 Did you get buttfucked by your uncle or something?

  • @MusicMan53100 That is also the definition of a tyrany, which is why we have the second ammendment, to strike down the tyrany with our well regulated malitias and right to bare arms, so to you i bare much graditude, and to BroomeBlocker4 i say, you are wrong, because organization is spelled with a Z. Ask webster, and every other english dictionary, moron.

  • @Blakbox99 you misuse the word 'bare'. You meant 'bear'. Idiot.

  • @Blakbox99 Why are you talking like you know how to spell? You spelled 'tyranny' wrong, 'militias' wrong, 'amendment' wrong and you misuse the word 'bare'. You meant 'bear'. What a douchebag.

  • @brettsommer sue me dickwad, u try spellin when ur an insomiac... And weather i spell correctly or incorrectly, does not change the fact that i am right in my arguments. So the fact of the matter is i went far with pointing fingers at ppl spelling, but that wasnt my point. My point was how we're slowly having rights ripped out from under us. So tell me ma'am/sir, who is the true 'douchebag.' me or ppl making laws limiting my rights to bear arms, etc...

  • This cop is a fuckin asswipe... What crime has been committed here? not a fucking thing...

  • @TACMAN518 - What about this cop's actions warrants this type of name calling? From what I saw he simply followed up on a complaint. When he found out that there was nothing that required police presence he left - exactly what a good cop should do.

I am all for slamming bad cops who abuse power, but it is far more important to recognize the good ones (or at least when they act good). There are some really bad people out there, both in and out of government.

  • Smart

  • can someone respond to me, what is the full emergency hotline for manchester porkypine hot number? im planing on moving there in maybe 3 or 4 years

  • You expect the lady who is working to answer all your questions and get upset when she doesn't but you won't answer questions yourself? You pretty much say you were harassing them, one of the kids even said, "wow your persistent". In the end, the big bad police officer asked your name, DOB(which you didn't give and he seemed pretty happy with that) and told you your within your right to petition, but don't harass people, then left? Your clearly the one in the wrong!!!

  • Ridley is simply an anti-police asshole. Similar to the student/communist agitators of the 60's (just with shorter hair).Too bad some citizen didn't walk by an poke him in the nose. He would be the first to whine and complain to the police. Big tough pussy.

  • All peoples have a right to privacy why are you allowed your privacy but not the woman and the children. To me thats very wroung , and I think you need to be more respectful of others privacy.. like you want them to respect yours.

  • i love the awkward cop!

  • Unfortunately the police are obligated to respond to any "harassment" complaint and are obligated to file a report for all such complaints. .

That said you were well within your rights to petition and to give only your name to the police.

I fail to see what the issue was here.

  • Hopefully you do this on lunch and this is not your real job.

  • that poor Tennison(spelling?) doesn't know what to do with himself, ha ha.

  • you're lucky, i grew up in nashua in the 90's. if i talked to a cop like that i would have been grabbed, yelled at, forced to give the information and pushed down. those "cops" didn't care about anyone, especially kids. wonderfully though, every cop on the force got fired for abuse. i guess they abuse the wrong person. also, nearly every cop was into wife swapping. a family friend was sleeping with the majority of those cops at the time.

  • Really?? Get a life. Ur pathetic. Not humorous. And just plain disrespectful.

Your the first to birch cops are never around when u need one. Yet, that's because their busy with your antics. Grow up or do us a favor, swallow a bullet

  • Its OK. People can read both sides and see whos argument is better. I was never giving you advise. Only stating my opinion about how to handle police encounters.

  • From 6 days ago, you said:

"For you, I advise you always answer all cop questions."

Really, you were never giving advice? I think your quote begs to differ.

You're right, it's okay. People will read both sides of the disagreement and see which one has holes all over the place and is inconsistent. Within a matter of minutes, I twice pointed out where you contradicted yourself in an attempt to make your argument look stronger. That certainly doesn't look good for you. I'm done. You?

  • " For you I advise always answer all cop questions " I was / am being facetious with you.

Due to your babe in the woods approach to talking to police based on you "knowing " you did nothing wrong. Well, in your case, since you are knowledgeable about all 10,000 laws ( est ) go ahead and talk.

Most People, unlike you, can't be sure of all the laws.

Therefore lawyers advise not to say anything.

  • Jesus Christ. Seriously? Are you kidding me? You came back again after you said you were done a hundred times? You simply can't stay away from me, can you?

Here's one for you, I'm not replying to anything you said in your post because it's the same old babbling you've been doing. You have had no substance this entire time. So, unlike you, I actually AM ending this conversation. I'm not wasting my time on you anymore.

Get over it, dude. Someone doesn't agree with you. Move on.

  • Hey, dude.

I'll move on when I'm ready.

Where, oh, where did I say I was done 100 times???

As for substance, my comments are echoed by constitutional lawyers everywhere. If you bothered to review presentations by them, not me, you would understand the ignorance you are attempting to spread.

Get over it, dude. You are truly clueless.

  • Funny how none of these ridley bashers fail to see the improper allegation made against ridley by some woman who clearly knew he had done nothing wrong.

Ridley is totally correct not to answer any questions at all.

First, it would give weight to the phony allegations the woman made and second, it could lead to him saying something that could be construed as incriminating.

An excellant video to see how not to answer any questions and protect yourself from false allegations.

  • Wow, another arrogant prick who thinks he's cool by standing against "the man." We really don't have enough of these cool guys in our society.

  • i agree with you bro....

for real i used to buck the system and see how far i could push the limit...when i was about 7...

i dont necassarialy like cops....but i respect ones who were NOT a dick to you...they did nothing wrong to u .....you just tryed to start some drama like a female.... URE FULL OF ESTROGEN RIGLEY....GET A LIFE AND TRY TO FIND SOMETHING TO FILL THAT EMPTY HOLE IN YOUR SOUL BESIDES STARTING DRAMA LIKE A FEMALE.....try smoking herb....you tool

  • @carterwatrous - learn to spell you ignorant d-bag.

  • @plipsman - I smell bacon!

  • Not quite, I just call them like I see them. It's really that simple.

  • He might seem like a prick to you but he is teaching people a valuable skill. You'll learn that as the tyranny clamps down harder on you.

  • I learned nothing from him. I already know the laws in my state. If people actually took some effort and educated themselves on issues, they'd be fine. Also, the tyranny won't last for long with the way our idiot President is running things. There will be no second term for him.

The point is, he wasted the time of the cops simply because he wanted to give them a hard time. He should have just explained what happened and been done in half the time. He's an attention whore. That's it.

  • The country has been in a state of shit way before Obama came into office and it will continue to get worse. The world is ran by the elite, and that will never change in this lifetime. I think what this tuber is doing is positive. He is creating a movement that enlightens the cops to the fact that they cannot bully people. Most all cops have the attitude that they are above the law and can push others around with the abuse of authority. I have worked around it on a large scale.

  • Yes, the country has been in a state of "shit" since before Obama. However, the tyranny you referred to was not present before his entry into the white house. By the way, our "shit" country is still better than almost any other out there. The country isn't as bad as you want to make it out to be.

What this "tuber" is doing isn't positive. He didn't create a movement, he merely wasted the time of a couple of cops and posted it on here. These cops weren't bullying him, they did their jobs.

  • We can agree to disagree on the message this tuber is putting out. I would suggest you hit the history books and go back as far as 1913 and study exactly what happened and what has lead us to a very cleverly planned economic collapse and a grid of domination. I have nothing more to say on the matter, my words will only fall on deaf ears.

  • K. You can disagree with what is correct if you want, that's your choice. You keep going on with your conspiracy theories elsewhere. The fact that this guy is a douche for his actions still remains a fact. Good bye.

  • @Everyone reading - In a debate, the first person who slanders the other is a clear indicator that they have lost their ground. Plipsman's belligerent demeanor and his/her sense of delusion clearly illustrates his/her's lack of capacity to debate and maintain his/her's composure which has also demonstrated their impending need to force their ideology on the unwilling, this is why our world is so messed up today. Tyrannical Socio-Capitalism is not the answer. Best of luck to you plipsman.

  • HAHAHA!!! Nobody else is reading this, it's a discussion between you and me that nobody else cares about. But, I'll go with it.

***Someone who runs away from a debate by shutting the other person out with "deaf ears" and comes back to it after saying they were done shows a clear lack of self-control and the desire to get the last word.***

There, I easily flipped it around to make you look bad. Easy, huh? Also, I never became belligerent or slandered you. Stop trying to be so dramatic.

  • I said "I have nothing more to say on the matter," matter can be translated to subject, the subject was changed. You're debating pro-fascism on a libertarian youtube channel. You speak well for your own intelligence and your own lack of self control. I do not have to make you look bad, you're doing a good job of that on your own. Many people will visit this video and read the comments and make light of your character. I have nothing more to say to you PERIOD. Have fun ranting to yourself.

  • Wow, you just keep on babbling, don't you? This is now the third time you've bid me farewell. Will you come back AGAIN and spout your nonsense? You seem to be hung up on trying to knock me down with the constant name callings. Are you used to being successful by verbally abusing others? Unfortunately for you, it doesn't work with me.

I look fine and am not the one who doesn't know how to stay away after saying I'm done with something. I bet you'll reply because you NEED the last word.

  • "He should have just explained what happened "

I'll interpete for ya. He should immediately try to prove his innocence with some cop.

FYI you are presumed innocent untill proven guilty. He doesn't have to explain ( prove innocence )anything to you,me or the cops.

  • You interpreted that wrong. I said he should have just explained what happened so he didn't waste the time of three people. Since he was guilty of nothing, he wouldn't have self-incriminated himself by explaining the situation.

FYI, I know you're innocent until proven guilty. However, the cops were simply doing their jobs and weren't provoking him. He wasn't doing this to prove innocence, he was doing it to get a rise out of the cops and be difficult. You can tell by his arrogance.

  • Lots of assumptions in your post.

"he was guilty nof nothing " Are you so sure about that?? The problem is that there are thousands of laws and maybe he did address a minor unwittingly. And maybe there is some law that says its illegal to solicite a minor for political reasons.

Not knowing you violated a law is no defense. The cops would have arrested him, not just talked to him.

Your ignorance of the dangers of talking to police is evident in your post.

  • According to him, he was guilty of nothing. He likes to act like he knows his state's laws by heart, so I'll trust that he did nothing wrong when he says it.

I'm not ignorant of the supposed dangers of talking to police. If I did nothing wrong, I'd give them all the information they ask for because nothing can come of it. If I DID do something wrong, I'd keep my mouth shut. However, this guy says he was innocent, so he could have avoided the whole mess and the wasting of time.

  • Again you naively state that you KNOW you did nothing wrong.

Ridley Also feels he did nothing wrong but also realizes that he doesn't know all the laws and its much more prudent not to talk to police.

You take the chance of uttering something incriminating while Ridley's silence eliminates that possibility.

Ridley is clearly more informed and knowledgable about interactions with authorities. You are not.

  • You sure do make a lot of assumptions about two people you don't know. I haven't done anything wrong, soooooo...

Ridley acts as if he knows all of the laws and says he did nothing wrong. Therefore, how can you say he doesn't know the laws when he said he does? You're trying to make this out to be more than what it is. The guy wanted to give the cops a hard time, it had nothing to do with self-incrimination.

Not being experienced with police interaction is good, I don't do dumb things.

  • " how can you say he doesn't know the law when he said he does""

    What???

Exactly where does he make that statement??

Making assumptions is clearly a trait of yours.

Its OK. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. Enjoy your fairy tales that all cops are good, only bad people get arrested and jailed and good people are always free to walk away into the sunset.

For you, I advise you always answer all cop questions.

  • Sorry, he said he knows the laws in a different video, I got them mixed up.

I'm not trying to lead a horse to water, I simply stated that the guy seems like a douchebag who wants to give cops a hard time because he can. I couldn't care less if people agree or not. My intention was not to have people latch onto my comment, get offended, and go on for days about why the video is something great. I was at work, saw the video, made my post, and went on with my day. Your advice means nothing.

  • yea, you don't understand innocent until proven guilty. You don't have to say anything to cops ever. Just search for a video discussion by a lawyer and cop called, "Don't talk to the police."

  • How did you derive that I don't understand the idea of being innocent until proven guilty? I never said he HAD to say anything to the cops. I said he should have just given the information they wanted so he could get the experience over with and not waste the time of two cops. Since he didn't do anything wrong, he was innocent.

  • You know what, I only hope this Dave Ridley douche bag gets it some day. and when the police show up, he can continue to refuse to answer questions like date of birth, any medication he may be on before paramedics treat him.

Sorry, I just don't get it. If you were not harassing anyone and you have audio and video to back it up, why piss em of?

  • Dude Ive been walking down the street with drum sticks and the cops showed up saying it looked like a baseball bat. Printed me and my friends, got all of our information and took up like 20 minutes of everyones time for no reason.

I engourage this kind of stuff. Some cops are good and some are dicks.

  • you are right, you just dont get it.

  • He may not be doing anything but he may "Appear" to be suspicous and the cops need to be sure so they may insure the safety of everyone, including morons. If a guy is wearing a ski mask in a store, should he be questioned at all, or is he just preparing to shop alot in the frozen section?

  • Why does it need to be taken to a level of disrespect. Maybe if the cops just turn the other cheek and say"fuck it, you civilians are on your own" then a date of birth wouldn't be such a big deal to give. You seem more arrogant than informative when confronting these police.

  • fuck the cops! this man isnt doing anything wrong. the burden of proof is always on law enforcement.

  • Comment removed

  • No disrespect....

When they say a group of kids, you know they are lying.

Unless you actually did that. Asking questions on the street is not illegal, unless you take it too far.

  • Go Ridley.

  • You are in idiot who just wants attention. The cops left because they don't want to feed the attention whore.

  • The cops left because they had nothing on him. Also he knew his rights which turns cops off because they can't act all tough and superior. More people should know their state and local rights when being questioned by an officer. It will prevent some cops from abusing the power they have.

  • I think the cop was surprised how assertive and calm you were - the fact you didnt give your d.o.b no doubt made his life alot more difficult to check you - I think its important to give them the chance to leave with their tails between their legs gracefully.

  • Dude, get a fucking life! Stupid fucking hippie. You think you're important. I hope that someday you need the cops to help and they never come, I wouldn't. Get a fucking job!

  • I thinkk that government employees can't engage in political actions while working.

  • Oh look at the big bad cop grabbing a pen from his pocket. See how terrified ppl are of you bozos.

It's bozos like this that have made the population lose respect for the finer ones.

One bad apple does spoil the bunch.

  • true. Nowadays,(whatever that means..)

if you pull out a cellphone, YOU'D BE SHOT! that is the current norm in society today. That would be a "terrorist act".

    so sad....

  • Have you seen Robert Menard's vieos by the way? :)

  • you did not actually disobey them did you? doesnt disobey them imply that they had some law that empowered them to get your name? if they have no right to aquire your name, then you simply did not provide them with a name, you responded to a request with an answer that was fully good and understandable :)

  • May cops will Abuse The Law's ,because they, think there above the Law,,like these Pigs!

  • This pain in the ass does not have the video of him bugging people. I wonder why?

  • Where's this guy bugging people at?

Are you one of these insane individuals that believe your gov't is always right, and to never question authority?

  • So you hate people that know and use their rights. So your either a cop who likes to abuse his position or Hitler.

  • Oh and retard I said I wonder why this guy doesn't have a video of him bugging people learn how to read you stupid fuck.

  • lol..alright I will, you internet toughy...lol.

  • Because he knows the law some were minors. I'm pretty sure they can't be taped without parental consent. Wow it pays to know things.

  • Your a fucking retard.

  • Yep knowing state and local laws so I can fuck cops back when they try to violate my rights figuring I Don't know law. That makes me a retard. So what dose that make you?

  • I bet you do fuck cops you little queer you.

  • SO WHAT DOSE THAT MAKE YOU? Do I need to spell it out. My guess a 12 year old home from school trolling or a trained monkey.
