Rocket engine powder. Surprisingly you can buy rocket engines at the age of 14. A couple years ago my friend and I went to Walmart and bought about $50 of rocket engines...the only question they asked was if our parents were with us...we said yes and were on our way...

Gunpowder would be better than what I used. Don't pack it in too hard or it won't explode and will just be like a rocket. Tape makes it louder. Just make sure you tape the ends more than the middle or it will just blow out the top.

Pack it is much as you can rofl, I t won't rocket if you tape the ends up super hard, and don't use a glue stick use something like an iron pipe, cheap and will blow up WAY bigger.

Lay it on it's side, and if your using iron pipe only the end cap will blow off.

I don't recommend metal...maybe if you are out in the middle of nowhere. PVC is good enough but the static of just putting the caps on can make the powder ignite.

stump remover is 95% salt peter. you can use that instead (Ive tried it) and you can get it at home depot

or lows, its called spectracide and should be around 6 bucks for Kno3...and if u don't have sulfur too =)...u can go to a huge garden store that sell 4lb bags of it its called like Hi,yield sulfur for $8 for charcoal u make it by your self easy to make black powder!!!

***instructions for the bomb they made***

take a glue stick and rinse all da glue out, then fill the glue stick with black powder, or if you dont have any blk pwder then take the stuff off of sparklers and fill it with that. next get a fuse, then take a nail and put a hole in the top of the cape, then just put the cap on with the fuse touching the powder. and then put tape all around the *bomb* and then just light it! hope i could help, lol have fun

Just rocket engine powder. Definitely not as good as black powder or flash powder. It burns really slow because it is supposed to propel stuff....if you pack it down to hard it turns back into a rocket.
