I think what's pathetic is that you seem to be so emotional about this yet sensationally inarticulate and uninformed. Perhaps come back with some info and reasoned arguments and maybe you'll seem more like you care.

The mediator can't suspend talks. York admin mis-represented the process. In fact, the admin suspended the talks, and the CUPE bargaining team is aggressively trying to get back to the table by cutting its demands.
Of course the admin would say that CUPE is willing to be on strike "indefinitely". But what reason would anyone have to believe such an interested parties subjective claim?

Sorry to hear that, man. My brother also goes to York, and he's also very frustrated with the strike. I hope you get back in school soon, as well as get something to compensate for your problems (though I'm not too sure if that's probable at this point).
