very nice song ^^ I, myself own a one year old Female American Akita, rescued from a cruddy shelter that was going to put her down that very day because she was leery with men. I live with my fiance and she was completely fine with him after a week. she is such a cuddler and knows who I dont like coming to the house and stands in front of me and growls. Akitas are great dogs and VERY loyal to their familie like Hachiko was. If you consider getting one, read up first please!

@ onthebullet Hachiko is a Japanese Akita, a very large and fierce breed but wonderfully loyal and loving to their family. I placed a large rescue shepherd mix to a family that had two akitas prior that had passed away due to old age, it was though I felt guided to these people at PetSmart, Erik ignored everyone except them and made a beeline right for those people and it was a match. I feel so blessed to have saved a dog from the pound to honor the one I lost and place him in a loving home.
