Nice ride, didn't I see a custom Pro-Systems set up on top, not a Barry Grant? I would assume if it made 506+/- with the Barry Grant, you'd pick up another 10-20 with the Pro-Systems set up. Patrick builds some sick stuff. I picked up 35 rwhp on a copper 357 we built swapping from Holley's, QuickFuels, and other carbs to the Pro-Systems out of the box. First pull made 435 rwhp wihtout touching the jetting, etc.

After some tinerking it made a best of 396rwhp on a conservative mustang dyno. last dyno though only showed 393rwhp on a dynojet. The motor is getting tired. Its a solid roller. It hasnt run in over a year though. I blew the faceplated trans and completely lost hope/interest in the car. It sits on jackstands lowering property values, lol. Nice car BTW!

I stepped back in to the 302 stuff just to do a 347 to prove that you don't need to have cubes to go fast. I had a standing bet that we couldn't build a 302 based SBF to run 10's all motor at our altitude (4200 ft). First time out, straight off the dyno and the day after the test pass vid, it ran 3 passes (on the stock rear susp) of 10.85 @ 128 N/A. (Soft 1.67 60' ft's). Won that!

Currently use as DART block stroked to 347 with a SQS. I split a stock block already. I keep thinking I might want a 408 or 427. I open track the car so weight up front is a big concern.

10.75:1, Probe domed pistons, pro-systems custom built carb.. rounds out to be 830cfm. Cam is .608i/.614e 242/248 110lsa.. it makes peak power 6400rpms on motor and 6100 on 100 shot. I shift @ 6700 on motor and 6400 on spray.
The reason it seemed so slow in this vid is because it WAS, until I learned a bit about carbs.. I just picked up 50rwhp N/A and 70+rwhp on spray from rejetting up +3, +3 and indexing some race plugs..
BTW I didn't built it to be a race car. I drive this thing.
I have a 302 with some tricked 289 heads. I will make sure to put a video on here just for u, just to show u wat ur 351w should do.
p.s. wat is ur compression? R u carbed, if so wat size cfm carb? Wat is ur redline? do u have flat tops, if so u might have 10.1-10.8:1 compression, but with the duration of that cam u might have a bite too much cylinder bleed off of compression. a dome would complement that cam. Good call on the numbers, though because the 35-773-8 was the one that was gonna go in, in place of the 35-771-8, but it was up to the builder at the time.. The heads are piss poor on the car and a bigger cam is MIGHT up the Peak hp slightly but the powerband and overall driveability is gonna take a dump.

Most people don't degree their cam, good work bro.
