to those listing canadian bands, you forgot a few . Alexisonfire, and by exstension city and color, OLP, Chantal Kraviatzuk, Lindi Ortega. Thornley or just Ian Thornley, Great Big Sea, and The Trews
At Team Programs of Edmonton Community Services Men's Groups and Police Officers encourage men to false accuse women and children. They attack the woman with false allegations of emotional abuse domestic violense to counter allegations they know may come as he has been BEATING HER or attacking her child behind her back. They attack the child to ensure that she is accused of MENTAL ILLNESS to discredit her testimony. They attack girls and women. MUTUAL ABUSE The ALEC BALDWIN GAMBIT.
@AnneFox7 Gay Men at Edmonton Community Services do not like women. They believe in moral relativity. That is it really does not matter who is abused. ATTACKING THE CHILD WITNESS IS THE THING TO DO. Alberta Response model MEN'S group despise children and First nations children are despised most of all. To beat the First nations out of them they want to TAKE THEM AWAY. @AnneFox7 This is a great recovery song for women who have been exposed to the SLAPP THE BITCH OUT CREW of Family and Community Services for Alberta Children's Services. This is for all the women false accused by Edmonton Crisis Unit and Edmonton Community Services. Many are now dead, killed in the streets as planned, thrown in suburban fields and golf courses and they have left their children. DON'T reward criminality at Edmonton Community Services and TEAMS. Take back the babies & children.
Well I liked these guys back then... but today they SUCK!! Their new bass player sounds like crap and looks like a JOKER from the 70's hippie days. Yah buddy... you take your hippie shit and go jump on the time machine get the freak out of the future!!
@RonnyOnBass You are an absolute retard. A person who knows nothing about music really should keep their trap shut. You do realize you are talking about the legend Gordie Johnson. You know the lead singer for Big Sugar. Oh ya and probably one the best bass players in Canada right now. What a joke RonnyOnBass how about leaving music critique to people that have a clue.
@MrToeneill Dude, everyone has their thoughts and opinions. But when those like you come along to rip on others for their thoughts, it only adds YOURSELF to the pot of the same. You are no better than any of the others who rip on people for expressing their opinions and just goes to show where the world has gone. To the dogs!! I only have respect for those that have good things to say about others. Have a nice day!
@RonnyOnBass clearly you haven't heard them live today. and their new bass player gordie johnson is unreal. maybe you should look up Big Sugar that was gordie johnsons band a big Canadian band!
@MrHillbillydeluxe Nothing happened to them. New album that rocks! Saw them live in Edmonton just a couple of days ago and got to meet them. They are amazing!
@spartacusbill Yeah, you're right about that. I saw them open for ZZ Top and it was Gordie.
I actually went to see them again last night and it was a different bass player. Can't remember his name, but he had short brown/black hair. Anyways he was really good too, but he didn't sing backing vocals.
@spartacusbill To be more specific, the guy who has been performing with them since the ZZ Top tour is Sean Viloria. Just found the name a little while ago.
@wilkes85 Did you forget: Rush = Ontario Joni Mitchell = Alberta Bryan Adams = Ontario Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings = Manitoba Barenaked Ladies = Ontario The Tragically Hip = Ontario Voivod = Quebec k.d. Lang = Alberta 3 Inches of Blood - British Columbia Sarah McLachlan = Nova Scotia Annihilator = Ontario Anvil = Ontario Strapping Young Lad/Devin Townsend = British Columbia Kataklysm = Quebec Woods of Ypres - Ontario Verbal Deception = Alberta tons of great talent from coast to coast!
@RedPaladin Very good list my friend, 'I Mother Earth' would fit nicely on that list too. Also, assuming you're a metal fan lol, I recommend checking out SAKNA, an Ontarian band that went virtually unknown throughout the 90's but that's incredible to say the least.
yeah i totally agree. I have seen these guys live 3 times already. They are REALLY good live!!! they are an awesome band live and really know how to perform awesome :)
Have seen these guys 7 times in concert, always a blast, great live band, great grooving music. they hung out and just chatted with the fans and had a couple drinks after the show... all around good times.
i can honestly say that it takes a ton of dedication after watching thse boys live tonight in sudbury Ontario.... just pure amazing jamming...even after seeing them play superstition
its funny that u made a comment, i was actually just checking out some songs by wmm jus cuz they were here (suds) last night and my sister said it was a good show, just funny....

i hate this guys voice with a passion. there were a few great bands from saskatoon that recieved zero credit and never got anywhere, and yet these fags are famous?
im sure theyre nice guys in real life but im talking in terms of enterainment characterization. i knew 1 band in particular from saskatoon between 1997 and 2005, they were extrodinary only problem was they were a rock band and because saskatoon is primarily a homosexual community, anything that isnt radio friendly cant make it.
If it's not an official channel, they delete them. They have something that listens to videos and removes the sound if it's a copyright infringement. Bastards.
Dude, get me a jam session with him, I want to learn how to play My Old Self. I would seriously pay to see it up close. My favorite drummer out of ALL of them, seriously. (Flame away Peart purists)
I saw these dudes with the guess who way back, and the Stampede in Calgary even waaaay back. Awesome, don't know why they aren't a platinum crew these days.
