Imagine that he got transported to another world and instantly became the king of a country through the means of talking and lying.

Only difference from other villains is that he actually accomplishes the lies that he claim to be able to do.

He really did almost kill the main characters a few times, and it ends up that he has a more interesting story compared to the main character.
