You're right. It is a lot of work. It's a labor of love, but it can wear you down, too. I had many days where I regretted taking on the task. I'm embarassed to admit.

Another amazing video. Taffy's story is so touching! My shelter was fortunate enough to be able to shut down a puppy mill last December and we rescued about 40 dachshunds, pekingnese, and beagles; each one was eventually adopted into great homes. I know firsthand how hard it can be to regain their trust, but it is so worth it, and it's great to see people like you continuing to spread the word about animal abuse. Keep it up!

In the beginning you could see how much fear she had in her eyes. Now you can see her eyes look more relaxed and calm:) THAT'S GREAT!!!!!!!
