A way to not get worried at LANs is to remember that people are most likely watching you, they will be watching there games. Don't worry about any STV people. If you get STV while online then you'll get used to be watching while playing.

guys most professional gamers make a lot of money and I mean ALOT not just a couple of thousands of dollars I mean 100, 000. especailly starcraft players they make 200, 000 a year. unless ur on a really bad pro team, u make a lot of money from marketing, sponsors and they get contracts. they do this for like 5 to 7 years earning over 300, 000 dollars JUST from prize winnings, imagine the total money they make. after 7 years or so, they get a job in the gaming industry because they are smart

Hey, I was wondering if you guys could tell me what program you use to record your ingame play. I know that you guys record demos at first hand then record it when ur all done but could you tell me what you use? Cuz all the crap recording systems i got so far eaither cant record sound, advertises their equipment, or the quality isnt good. Hey FlipKidd123! We here at compLexity do actually read your posts, and care about what our fans/viewers have to say. In answer to your question, for the ingame footage I used FRAPS (WMW D*T FRAPS D0T C*M) While as a CS moviemaker, I usually do not use FRAPS for frag movies, Pro's Perspective do not require amazing quality, and FRAPS makes that MUCH easier.

It records video and audio at the same time, which makes things a lot easier. In order to get good quality from FRAPS, you need to have a fairly decent computer. The trial version of FRAPS does advertise the website in the top of the video, but the full version shows no watermarks of any kind. Thanks for watching and I hope you find this information useful.
