@Jclassic18 no matter how powerful the telescope, there is a point at which the movement of the moon through its orbit makes it impossible to track things at that level of detail on moon's surface from the Earth.

Some of the above have tracked a lot of stuff related with Apollo missions.

Well, the 2:49 shows how not only the astronaut's motion is smoothed.
2:52 shows how complex a glitch can be, cuz while those tiny lines appear, a lot of small spots appears in the surface at the same time...like Percy says: total evidence.

40 years ago they didn't have such advanced lenses we have today with multi-layer anti-glare coatings, but even with today's best lenses those problems still occur. Anybody with good photo/video experience will confirm that. I've seen similar problems in my DSLR and HD cameras.
There's a pretty long footage ( very low definition ) in the " Flag Deployment and ALSEP Off-Load " named 0001-a17v.1181409.rm.
The scene's time is 10 : 18
There's another good definition file called 0012-a17v.1182336.mov, in the same section ( Flag Deployment and ALSEP Off-Load )...the scene´s time in this footage is 01 : 04.
Btw, there are a lot of HUGE TRANSVERSAL GLITCHES before and after that scene, I think that Percy's intention is pretty clear.
The low definition clip is placed at " Journal Text: 118:14:22 RealVideo Clip: (15 minutes 36 seconds) by Mick Hyde " mark.
