The video is tltled cyclone thomas in fiji. it is misrepresenting the real devastation and the fact that this was worse than cyclone Katrina in the states, for many parts of fiji. people in fiji need years of help rebuilding, but this video will not help their efforts to get funds and help. how about taking it off youtube... the fact that media used is no justification (simply an indication of their desperation)

I filmed this video in Suva when the Cyclone was still quite far away...I never purported it to be a massive storm but the video was used by a few news organisations without explaining the video in context.

had a cat 4 storm hit Suva, I wouldn't have been out filming at all.

Hurricane Tomas was located approx 300km from where this video was made...i.e Suva was never affected unlike Labasa and Lau groups.

If you saw "the day after tomorrow", the coz of the shift of climate change is because of the quake in Antarctica & the rapid melting icebergs, causing warm temperatures in all the oceans bcoz the sun had no ice to reflect itself so it heat up the ocean causing tidal waves, cyclones, crazy oversized tornadoes-if our antarctica melts & the nth pole too, it's already hapning & it's irreversible-we are on a ticking timebomb & Canadians r shitting themselves coz they feel it like we do.

The central division is not that bad compaired to the Northern and Estern division of Fiji. It was devasting, chaotic and scary.

i am currently at the warwick resort (coral coast) althought it is close to suva its not that bad here.
