    watchlast movies . com

  • that ended up being a great film I loved? it a great deal people, the whole film is accessible to view on-line at

watch G last G movies. com (delete G)

  • This movie will give me nightmare for the next 3 weeks.

  • looks like too much computer graphic bullshit. I hate that crap.

  • agreed

  • I hope The Mad Hatter has a bigger part. I love Johnny Depp and the Mad Hatter has always been my favorite

  • BIG THX !!!

  • And Alice is waaaaaaay too old in this one.

  • its because the story is she is going back to wonderland after many years..

  • Ahh, so it's a rip-off of American McGee's Alice? Okay.

  • The Disney version will always be the superior one.

  • Tim Burton NEEDS to direct the last 2 Harry Potter movies. I've always thought so since movie 5. Yates has done it again and gone and butchered movie 6 as well. At least salvage the series by getting Tim Burton to direct the final two. He's great with fantasy themes.

  • I don't think tim burton should direct the movie exactly. even though he's the best director in the world! I think he would probably take it in a different direction. seriously though, that bullshit of a crappy director ruined harry potter! the first, what, four were good? but the one that just came out was complete bullshit!! everything is wrong and it's just bullshit!

  • Harry Potter 1 to 3 was the best! He ruind Harry Potter and the order of the phoenix

  • eh. I guess. the only actor that were actually good though were tonx lupin and helena

  • Is this trailer freaky ive paused it in the beginning because my friends tell me its scary..

Im not sure if i wana watch it or i wont be able to go to sleep tonight lol..

    Ill just ask my friend...

  • The book didn't feature the mad hatter that much... And why did Alice look like she was, like, 20? The whole point of the story is her inocence and childhood. :(

  • This is like a sequel, she's suppose to look older because she has already been to Wonderland when she was 7, she's 17 now, so they can take the film anywhere I guess.

  • you guys argue like little bitches..just watch the trailer and move on with your sad lives

  • love it!

  • Depp sure likes the movies where he gets to put on tons of make-up...just sayin...

  • anonnemus,

Yes. He likes to try to minimize his good looks. Did you see The Libertine? At the end his face is ravaged by disease. In his personal life he tries to disappear into the crowd. He is uncomfortable with his looks and does whatever he can to hide them. He has chosen his roles carefully and well, and now he is worth billions. And, he is still a very kind and humble man. He signs more autographs and spends more time with his fans than any other star.

  • @bella6626 sounds like you just described johnny dep. or described a year ago. whatever

  • Be pretty boring if he didn't now wouldn't.

  • It IS Johnny Depp at 0:48! OMG, I can't wait to see this movie! I love Tim Burton Movies, they are awesome! Johnny Depp and Tim Burton are the best Team ever! The fit together like yeah uhm.. Dunno! THEY R GREAT! ^^

  • Hey am oi the only one who thinks the guy at 0:48 looks like Johnny Depp?Do you think it's him playing somtehing else?

  • sweet...

  • why must everyone be so stupid.... Wait till the fuckin movie comes out then talk shit if it sucks..........

  • Premature comments and cheap analysis determining weather a movie is terrible or a masterpiece before its out shows how stupid you all are

  • wish he had gone mopre along the america mcgees alice routes, but still looking good...

  • as soon as i heard tim burtin was making alic this was how i thought it looked like, alice is a good tim burtin film i think. the only promblem i have is the way the mad hatter looks, i hate it, it pisses me off.

  • YAY! Johnny Freaking Depp. Can't wait to see this film! :)

  • alice in wonderlad = big acid trip

  • hatters were mad due to mercury being used to make hats

  • uh huh and?????????????????

  • thts where the expression "mad as a hatter" comes from

  • yes i know....everyone knows this....if you have taking a chemistry class in high school, or even a biology class................correction any science class, they tell u this

  • Comment removed

  • OMFG! I Cant waittttt

  • looks very poor

  • reminds me of return to oz

  • Lol and u will be right behind them with your star wars figurines and your "Ectoplasma" T-shirt talking about "I hate all you people" LMAO ohh Napolean what would we do with out u? gawsh!

  • not into star wars either. and anyway id rather be a star wars geek than an emo - johnny depp lovong fag anyway

  • cant wait!! it looks awsome

    johnny depp is SOOOO hot!!

    lol

  • Tim Burton? Check. Johnny Depp in top billing, playing another "quirky" character channeling the same character he has played over and over since Raoul Duke? Check. Helena Bonham Carter as another over-the-top bitchy caricature? Check. Retarded carnival music score by everyone's favorite self-proclaimed "dark guy" Danny Elfman? Check.

Another shameless cash in by raping a timeless classic and throwing the old Tim Burton stamp on it? Check. How about something new, Tim. If you even can anymore

  • the truth is if this movie would have to be a live action movie tim was the obious choice in my opinion. The re is a darkness in the alice story that needs to be put out there and burton is good with that. technically from what i read its a new film because is the sequel to the cartoon

  • in my opinion, Terry Gilliam or Guillermo del Toro would have been lightyears better.

there literally is no darkness whatsoever to the alice story. i have read the book countless times and i fail to see it. even the supposedly evil queen never got around to actually taking off anyones head. it was a whimsical story written solely for CHILDREN'S enjoyment by a man with the heart of a child.

burton is not dark in any way shape or form either. unless you consider his neutered kids movies

  • But the second book was much darker, and judging from the appearance of tweedledee and tweedledum suggest the movie does involve the second story

  • So you didn't find the part with the duchess beating her baby and then said baby turning into a pig to be a little disturbing?

  • hate to burst your bubble but, Lewis Carrol was stoned off his rocker on opium, when writing this story (the original book of course)

2....this movie is not a remake but more of a 5 yrs later, and return to the looking glass, so in short its gonna be like the Alice through the looking glass tv series...which was made in the 90s

  • Well, most works of genius are made when you're fucked up.

  • yeap very true...another example of this is Ernest Hemingway, he had the bipolar disorder

  • really? you were there? you personally knew lewis carroll and were around him when he supposedly smoked this opium?

since there is very little known about the man there is no way to prove he was smoking opium and there are no accounts that say he did. you are a fool for assuming just because it is a strange book, he must have been on drugs.

  • um that was fact bub.......try doing some research on stuff....and actually smoking opium was very common back then.....just as common as smoking the cigarette of today

  • mind giving a source that proves he was smoking opium?

if not, you are an idiot. "try doing some research on stuff" yourself. i have researched lewis carroll and never come across proof he used any kind of drugs.

  • So was smoking hashish. And, you could get cocaine in any apothecary.

  • yeap ^^, but amongst the British they loved their Opium o so much

  • Carroll never did drugs in his life. He was a conservative minister who stayed a sober virgin his whole life.

  • um yes he did, sorry to break your Puritan bubble. for the last time people.....he did opium,......everyone did it back then

  • First of all, I'm not religious. Don't call me a Puritan.

Secondly, while opium use was not uncommon in Victorian England, there is nil evidence that Carroll ever did any. Nor did he consume a single bud of hashish. It would be awesome if he did, but he didn't.

Show me evidence that he did drugs, or stop spreading false information on YT.

  • No, he didn't. Get your facts straight.

  • with cartoon skeletons and the like to be "dark". in which case you must live a terribly sheltered life. invader zim, which was a kids cartoon, was much darker than anything burton has ever done. Sweeney todd doesn't count as it was stephen sondheim's work replicated for the big screen.

if you ask me, this movie will be as largely dismissed as the godawful Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the only people who will remember it existed are burton's dwindling fanbase.

  • who was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory dissmissed by?

it was pretty almost a word for word remake of the book, so it can't be said to be any worse than the book.

  • critics... fans of the original movie... everyday moviegoers. maybe if you pulled your head out of your ass and started travelling outside your circle of tim burton fanatic friends, you'd realize that almost every one of his remakes have been panned by everyone but his fans.

  • I didn't ask who panned it I asked who over "over looked" it. I was right, it was not "over looked", reviews for it were every where and most I read were positive.

Can you name these critics who "panned" it? If not don't waste time making hollow arguments or uninformed personal remarks because I will not respond. Do you think if you insult me enough I'll agree with you?

p.s. For "every one" of his remakes to be panned he would have to have made more than one.

  • Planet of the Apes - 45% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes

Sleepy Hollow - 72% and the only thing positive reviewers seemed able to agree on was visuals. But it was pretty much agreed across the board it was emotionally hollow.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory-83%, but once again almost strictly for visuals.

Batman - 70% Once again stylistic, but "disappointingly hollow"

Long story short, he makes visually impressive and pretty (to some) movies, but they are hollow, wooden, and one dimensional.

  • XD the majority of those were positive reviews, it doesn't matter why YOU thought they were positive. You just disproved you're own point (they were not "panned" in any sense of the word.)

p.s. Sleepy Hollow, Batman, and CHarlie and the Chocolate factory were not remakes; the story lines were origional and the writer of Charlie in the Chocolate Factory, fro a technical standpoint, actually made Wonka more 3 dimensional by giving him a back story.

p.s. I didn't care for Planet of the Apes

  • Well yeah visually the films are awesome but that isn't everything that makes the films great. Acting is very good and the stories are classicly brilliant. I've enjoyed every Tim Burton film I've seen, so putting 70% 45% whatever means nothing, at the end of the day everyone has a different taste in films.

  • Thank God for you ronery231 you dismissed everything and imposed your opinion about this movie on everyone. I mean you would be the best one to know If this movie will be good or not, because you was the Director. I guess we should all just ignore this horrible movie since ronery231 AKA creator of this Movie, said it will be horrible. Just shut up, those are your opinions don't enforce them.

  • i wasn't imposing my opinion on anyone i was simply sharing it. sorry to burst your bubble but i'm not the only one who thinks this movie looks like complete shit, in fact there are hordes of people who are sick to death of tim burton and johnny "captain sparrow" depp.

  • Obiously I am watching it cause Im a Burton fan. I do not like all his movies or his politics but the man makes one hell of a movie. Keep watching invader zim, keep giggling to gir we moved on from that

  • i don't watch invader zim anymore pal. i was simply stating that it was a mainstream cartoon made for a childrens network and it managed to be ten times darker than any of the kid friendly rubbish burton has ever shit out. which is why it was cancelled after one and a half seasons. he claims to be so dark and quirky yet he works his ass off making movies that will not possibly offend anyone. thereby guaranteeing him more ticket sales. he is a hack, period.

  • you say you've "moved on" from invader zim. does that mean you graduated to tim burton? congratulations. keep on giggling to his tired "quirk" and recycled jokes about death and the like targeted to five year olds. maybe someday you'll graduate from that too.

  • why is there so much cgi?

  • because ppl got tired of building props and sets nowadays. Plus the greenscreen although overrated its more efficient... who cares it still looks sick!!!

  • totaly gonna haveto see that especialy since helenas in it

  • Gonna watch this whilst being stoned in the theeaters :D Trippy!!!!!!

  • congratulations stoner! if thats what it takes for a movie like this to be watchable, so be it.

if you want a real trip you could do a hell of a lot better though.

  • Its a sense enhancer.... trippy movies are made for stoners. I wouldnt mind watching this when im high. even in 3D this will kick ass!!!!

  • wanna good trip listen to tool, i couldnt follow a movie to save my dick.

  • u frikkin dick. dont send me any messages.

    You completly dont understand.

  • it isnt alice in wonderland. its alice through the looking glass. its a different story than the one you all know.

  • yeah but how do you explain alice falling into the rabbit hole?

  • I can't wait!!!!

  • Im so going to see Alice In Wonderland.. I love the cartoon and the series. I wish they would bring the cartoon on Blue Ray. Oh and of course jonny Depp is Playing the MAD HATTER!!! SWEET!!!

  • Looks good. But even if it did not state that it was directed by Tim Burton you could tell... It really Favors Nightmare Before Christmas... All the way down to the Fonts uses in the Title,

  • I love Tim Burton...

  • acid...

  • oh jesus crist not again, Tim B. how many versions r there of this movie already?! well i guess with good stories like A.I.W, productions r non-stop :D

  • there are 3 that i know of and they all are outdated and half-asked...the disney one wasnt bad but it's disney so they didnt live up to the original story. the only movie that's ever ended up in theater was the disney one..IN THE 70'S! the best one was a video game. so we're actually due for an updated full-length make of the story. lol "jesus christ not again" indeed

  • I just read the book for the first time in almost 15 years on a train going from dc to ct this past week. I am so fucking excited for this movie....

    You assholes make me sick

    that's AP <3

  • There are no good comments here !? WTF?

  • I'll pass. It looks stupid.

  • A tart girl.

  • THATS Bijou, huh? or no no...but one of them chicks from TART.

  • holy S!!

  • Just love the horror music at the beginning.

  • trippin balls

  • What the hell was that?

I bet this movie is going to be as boring as all Burton's late movies (wich I guess it'll, been made for Disney)

If he wanted Depp as main character, he should have made a transexual Alice.

  • Because there were so many unanswered questions from the book, and the 1st 3 times they made this movie...I'll miss it.

    Who Cares anyway?

  • What is with the obsession or making Johnny Depp the main character of everything. This movie is called Alice in Wonderland... not The Mad Hatter in Wonderland. You barely got to see anything about Alice.

  • tim burton and johnny depp are gay lovers

  • True words.

  • uh alice was a little girl so calling this alice in wonderland is kinda an insult. i love the backgrounds and stuff the put in scenes though.

  • lol audio hitting the checkered floor. 0:21

  • I think Heath Leadger would have been a great actor as the Mad Hatter.

  • I think Depp is a much better actor then Leadger any day of the week.

  • Well sure but depends on the role.

  • YAY! I LOVE that Tim Burton is doing this! Through the Looking Glass/Alice in Wonderland is my absolute favorite!

  • i new johnny was gonna play that role
