nope...the means of acquiring the movie might be...if i recall a blog correctly, you are entitled to one backup copy of any dvd you have purchased...it may not be shared or re-copied...if ure original gets scratched or broken, you must keep it in order to still be within the law with your backup disk...if you throw away your original you are supposed to throw away the backup too
