@Coco8398 The best thing to do is try both out and see which you prefer, both are great phones although the Desire has better specifications while some prefer the App Store for the iPhone and the polish of iOS over Android.
Great review ;).. One question though and it is really important to me. I really want to get this phone but I'm quite worried about push email. I have a nokia e63 atm and I could get true push email with nokia messaging for free on any email address i've got (yahoo, gmail and my school's email). I heard that you could push email with android but I think its only for gmail.. As I said I have gmail but I use my yahoo account the most. Is there true push email on android for yahoo or other networks
@jjrosaria2 Yahoo have made a Yahoo Mail app for Android, do a search for it. Yahoo do say "Stay in the loop: Get instant notifications when new mail arrives, plus up-to-the-minute access to important messages" - so it could be push mail.
@htchild I got this phone from Clove UK for review, I sent it back. Many UK networks provide this phone now so best thing to do is to shop around. Look for the one which gives you the most data though, I would suggest any of the big ones except 3, I've heard very bad things about 3's signal strength.
Why are you so echoey? Your voice sounds really odd... Also haptic feedback is immense, if you had a phone with enough power *cough HD2 cough* you wouldn't get any lag!
@MelonmaN Reverb my friend, forgot to switch it off in Garageband. Haptic feedback on the Desire is fine since it's sporting the same 1 GHz processor as the HD2 with an arguably faster OS. The Legend seemed to struggle but it's more personal preference than anything.
This isn't true. I own a HD2 and there is significant lag whilst typing using haptic feedback. The same is true of the Nexus One, and I imagine the HTC Desire. Not unusable, but far from perfect.
Regarding faster OS's - Android has a long way to go with regard to memory management. WM6.5.3 is fine for the most part, but is built on ancient foundations.
If you want massive discounts off everything from smart phones to beauty products take a look at this way to shop for a discount. It will amaze you.

Thank you, nice review, I would be curious about supported video formats and how well they play with different file resolutions.

@hamster951989 Yes, the Legend and Desire both have proximity sensors that lock the screen when in-call and the phone is brought to your ear.
