I thought this was a bit cheesy.... I still love Xenosaga and i dread how they ended it at 3, i actually cried i was so sad.

@legisu She wasn't stronger, it's just that Doctus was a cyborg with weapons. That's how she was damaged i'm sure.

@legisu Oops, let me correct my answer. Doctus (the real one) resides in a remote loacation only known to very few Scientia members. She remotely controls an android look alike, or maybe she doesn't look that way, which she can implement her emotions into so it can fulfill her daily roles and what not. So she uses her android to do the fighting and conversing amongst others so to speak. I lost my train of thought the first time I commented on your question. My apologies.

@littlenemo5 Ssbb is based on characters originally released on a nintendo system, though. Xenosaga was all on ps2, and xenogears on ps1.

@Loz8900 There is a DS game of Xenosaga calles Xenosaga 1and2 it just wasn't released in America. =(

@KOSMOSinusa68 Well ya, but that's just the first 2 games made into ds form though. The originals came out on PS2. They could put Snake in there because the first Metal Gear was on a nintendo system, and they could put Sonic in there because Nintendo has owned sega for a long long time now.

@KOSMOSinusa68 Well according to their brawl character poll rules they made when trying to decide what extra characters to add in, they said that the character has to be originally on a Nintendo system or now completely owned by Nintendo. So now that Monolith Soft is owned by Nintendo, it IS a possibility, just i don't really think Xenosaga is popular enough for a character in super smash bros though. I mean, i loved the games, but people would rather see an action game hero in there instead.

@KOSMOSinusa68 KOS-MOS has a HUGE fan base in certain circles from what I've seen. She's even appeared in Namco X Capcom and another DS game called Super Robot Taisen.

Who knows then? Might work. Try rallying the troops.

Then again they'd probably keep her out because she's "overpowered". Think of what her G-Shot would do to Pikachu, heh heh.

This stuff was all supposed to be Episode II. There is a trailer here on youtube of Episode I, which contained scenes (the battle between Jin and Margulis, for one) meant to appear in Episode I. Originally, Episode I was supposed to include everything that was in Episode II, making it as long as or a little longer than Xenogears.

A Missing Year was created to fill in the gap between II & III, but was supposed to be the majority of Episode II. BTW, I most definitely NOT a "n00b". I've been following everything about this series since production was announced, when it was said that Xenosaga would be a re-telling of Xenogears(that would've been sweet!).

I didn't think you were a noob. I really love this series and hated the fact that it was cut down from 6 to 3 episodes and I was over eager to see anything that might have shown Xenosaga for what it was supposed to have been.
