Great sardines are from an icy Norwegian fjord and hand-packed in olive oil or water. I'd only eat sardines with tomato sauce if I had them in my survival kit.
WEll ,I can say that ,that same can of sardines is sitting on my desk beside my monitor.
There's ashes on the top of the tin from me resting and butting out my doobie ashes on it,lol.I was jus telling my GF the other day bout why these sardine's are sitting here.

I just wolfed-down a sardine sandwich as I watched your video. I love the little guys personally. You need to get the plain ones and mix with some mayo like you would tuna and maybe add a little mustard. Its good man you can try them again!
