  • Oh how I love to see the temple! The most wonderful place on earth. It is an anchor to my soul, a beacon of hope when the journey is long, a place where my heart is filled with peace and love, and my spirit a warm embrace from my Father above. It is indeed "Heaven on Earth."

  • it"s a beautiful song

  • These songs beautiful. What is the song titles and who sings them?

  • @shoayang please see the video description for details

  • There are no greater buildings on earth then Temples. We should be so proud of them.

  • Lovely! Inspiring! Thank you very much.

  • i know that it's true the temple is Heaven on earth

  • Much like the old cathedrals in europe, these buildings are built as giant energy conduits. Even a "non believer" feels good after spending time in church. Etheric energy is more or less funneled through the towering architecture. Beautiful nonetheless, and very captivating.

  • Ive returned to the most beautiful songs ive ever heard. Now and again i need to come and listen to these special songs of the lord.

others keep sending me the "awesome god" song and its nice, but i have to come here and listen to these two wonderful, beautiful songs of the lord ... Its divine.

  • My Heavenly Parents put their hearts in all their(holy temples) and even their Son Jesus Christ & especially God the Holy Ghost, the restoration of the church is for the salvation of the human race. yes, the church is true beloved.

  • These two songs are so beautiful, I get a taste of heaven and feel the spirit that it brings as I listen to it:)

  • God visits His Holy Temples.

  • I'll be going to the temple for the first time tomorrow! I can't wait! Thanks for posting this video, I've been watching it almost day. The temples are like no other.

  • It's a tribute to the awesome power of human superstition. Superstition, in my opinion, is not always a good thing but credit where credit is due: They've built some interesting and beautiful architecture.

  • Most beautiful.

    The temple of FATHER!!!

  • thank you sooo much the best album in the world do you have any other songs that you can post??? if so please look up

  • This is so beautiful... thank you for bringing the spirit to me this morning... this is just what I needed... I want to cry because this is just so beautiful.

  • How wonderful it is that the ONE deserving the most has the most beautiful houses on earth!! In life Our Beloved Savior had no place he called home or a dwelling of His own, and now His homes are plenty and He continues to be selfless by using them ALL to benefit you and I and our posterity. I can only hope an pray to thank Him one day in person, and until then do Him proud by obeying Our Heavenly Father and strive to follow His great and perfect example of Charity and Love!!

  • I loooove this!

  • Most peaceful place on earth!!! Every time we attend the temple, we feel such a joy and peace, it removes all the distractions, fears, confusions... how truly blessed to have temples covering the earth!

  • Thanks for posting, this was fun to watch. I just went into the Nauvoo Temple for the first time a week ago, it was amazing!

  • I've always wanted to go through the Nauvoo temple since it was rebuilt. It must have been an unforgettable experience!

  • @jazzguru1

I had the opportunity to go to the Nauvoo temple and it is so beautiful. It truly was remarkable.

  • mormon?

  • yes. These are mormon temples. e are LDS.

  • what temple is at 2:39?

  • That is the Idaho Falls, Idaho Temple

  • this is #1 in my playlist.

i had the opportunity to get inside the manila philippines temple to work for the living and the dead. it truly is a house of God, no doubt! i know temple works are important for us.

  • I love the pictures of the churches and the song that goes with it. I need to get out more often and take some beautiful pictures of my own again. Thanks!

  • Thank you for making this. Beautiful pictures.

  • My pleasure. I'm glad you like it.

  • Jacob censured the "stiffnecked" Jews for "looking beyond the mark" (Jac. 4:14). We are looking beyond the mark today, for example, if we are more interested in the physical dimensions of the cross than in what Jesus achieved thereon; or when we neglect Alma's words on faith because we are too fascinated by the light-shielding hat reportedly used by Joseph Smith during some of the translating of the Book of Mormon.

  • i wish i can architect the next mormon temple *sigh* Trust me i would design it in the most breath taking way..keeping it to the Mormon traditional look. It will be like the Washington D.C temple but bigger and more wider. With a massive angel Moroni statue at the top

  • I really have enjoyed listening to this video. It is truly uplifting. Thanks for providing a way that people can listen to them and visualize photos that depict what the songs are about.

  • The Architect would be a Member of the Mormon Church but the Building Contractor would not. Once the Temple is Dedicated Only Member of the church Worthy to hold a Temple Recommend Can work there. I worked for 2 years at the Preston Temple as an Engineer, I now work at the London Temple. These Temples are very Special, Hope you get to go in Someday.

  • Thank you, this is so peaceful. Merci!

  • My pleasure! Thank you for your comments.

  • Does anyone know how much it cost to make the San Diego Temple and the Washington D.C temple? and are the architectures and engineers mormons? One day i will make a house in similar style and design of the mormon temple, including the inside and all the fantastic chandeliers, painting , marble etc of course i will not include baptism room and other religious apparatus> Can you imagine having a home like that??! wow id just be in awe every day!

  • Hi SidneyXda

Thankyou for your Questions and respect. When i joined the Mormon Church Twelve years ago My Dad was very against it, he did not understand what we believed, but in time his heart softened, in fact it was when my wife took him to see the Preston Temple at the open house he had a spiritual experience there. He is not ready to join the Church but he is very respectful now. And has met some wonderful people from our church. God will soften the very hardest of hearts as we have faith

  • yeah many people who dont know much about it have that fear towards it, i first thought mormonism was satanic cult, i kept hearing stories about rituals, sacfrice etc but from what i have seen mormons are really good.

So your wife went to the preston opening? oh i wish i went too, i didnt really know much then . Thats really special what your dad experienced, ive seen some beautiful images of the Preston temple , the night images are so beautiful!

  • they are better than cathedrals, these temples are beyond special, they are powerful. Its all the intricate details, the marble, the expensive chandeliers, the locations, always on high grounds with the sub shining on the temples with other geographic and mathematics involved..so many things make the Mormon temples enigmatic. Just a big shame that normal worshipers can only see the inside when they get married ..only the business guys at the top see it

  • Any worthy member of the church may enter the temple. And there are other ordinances performed in the temple besides marriage. Youth groups ages 12-18 go to the temple to perform baptisms for the dead. I also went to the temple when I was 19, shortly before I left to serve a 2 year church mission in Brazil. Also, there are many members of the church who have not yet married, but are able to go to the temple.

  • I read in this article by a mormon, in England, when the Chorley temple opened. it said 80% of Mormons dont know what goes on inside, only the 'Worthy' can see and do things in there ..of course the promotional stuff, youth stuff like you said do happen. Is it true you need a recommend membership card to enter the temple? it expires every 2 years ..you leave it at home they dont let you in . I'll see if i can find that site, mormon leader wrote these things on the article ..during the dedication

  • This is such a nice video. Mormons have the best music and prettiest temples. Videos like this are a great tool for evangelization.

  • It is obvious the purpose of this comment is to try to stir up contention. I'm not taking the bait.

We are not in "competition" with other faiths for the most elaborate buildings. Temples are built for a very sacred purpose, not to "show off" or compete with other churches.

I admire members of other faiths, including the Catholic faith. Why not see if we can build upon our common beliefs, rather than tear each other down?

  • what annoys me is the mormon religion has been altered to suit the modern day ..that really proves what a fake religion it is, if they are changing their 'Prophet laws' like blacks being priests and worshippers

  • The scriptures are replete with examples of God giving his people certain laws to follow at certain times.

  • right, but still..religion and teachings should be untouched. Thanks for the response :)

  • Jesus Christ is the Jehovah of the Old Testament, right? So, when Jesus Christ came to earth, he replaced Law of Moses with the new law. No more sacrifice by the shedding of blood, but instead the sacrifice was to be "a broken heart and a contrite spirit". That was a pretty radical change in doctrine and teachings, if you ask me. And as we read in the Bible, this drastic change was also not accepted very well by many people.

  • Thats a good point, with me ,i really want answers..i dont really disagree with anything of Mormonism ..deep down im a confused and i keep getting. My heart is yearning to be a mormon but im scared ..my family are strict roman Catholics

  • It is me again. My wife had the same feeling when she met the church. She felt something really good inside when she heard about the teachings of the church but coming from France, she had much difficulties with her family accepting the church as the church was not very known there. It was not easy, but her family admitted they saw a good change in her and are starting to soften. Prayers help soften hearts. Just let God guide you in prayers. X

  • hey , just noticed your post .. so your wife had that connection? thats beautiful :) i had that when i first saw the washington D.C temple, it was from a video and instantly felt this connection but my interest started way before, when i read the mormon book.

I know the sitaution myself, my family would go crazy if they found out im having these feelings about Church of latter day saints.

Thats right, its about prayers, being a good person and main of all God :) thanks for the response

  • Yeah, you explained it really well and i appreciate that :)

Sorry for my silly questions and other comments ..i really love this vid, the music is just beautiful!

  • Mormons make gorgeous temples, this draws many people to their religion ..i myself nearly became mormon ..especially after seeing the temple in Washington D.C. . I also like the story about Joseph smith and the angel moroni

  • Sadly, Joseph Smith-like the Jews-failed to see the real temple is Christ-rebuilt in3days-Christ's resurrected body. Now the temple in which the Holy Spirit dwells are believers who put their faith in Christ for His righteousness for their righteousness, for their sanctification.

People of faith look forward to a city built by the hands of God,not the hands of men(Heb 11).Isn't that why Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob lived in tents? They looked forward to a city in which the architect is God,not man.

  • Actually, the Jews built temples because they were commanded by God to do so. Moses built a "portable" temple (the Tabernacle).

  • abraham, isaac, and jacob lived in tents, b/c they were shepherds. shepherds don't live in cities. where would the sheep roam? yer completely overthinking something that isn't important.

  • Its true that we can praise God at home but we the church of jesus christ of latter day saints have temples to have eternal marriage and to meditate in the house and we dont pretend to be rich but God deserves the bestso thats why we built such beatiful buildings where the Holy Ghost isalways there

  • you dont build them, the Mormon hierarchy builds them. What would happen if you was getting beaten up outside a mormon temple? do you think they would come out, open up the military type gates for you??..NO lol, (even though you are a mormon) Lets say Hinckley was in a similar incident,..they WOULD come out and protect him and keep him safe in the temple. Im just giving an example, they dont care about 90% of mormons.

  • I'm not sure where you get your information, but it's inaccurate. Any worthy member of the church may enter a temple after it has been dedicated. Before a temple is dedicated, it is opened to the public for a brief time, so anyone who wishes may see the interior. As for your scenario of someone getting beat up, I'm sure there would be people on the temple grounds who would come to your aid, regardless of your religion. I'm an average member of the church, and I love it.

  • say for example, i became a mormon, i really wanted to go and connect with God in the temple, would they allow me in? am i 'worthy' once i convert? In churches you can go inside and just pray to god, ANYTIME, is that possible in the mormon temple?

I dont know, they would do protect the big guys at the top, do you really believe they would come and help you if you was getting beat up outside the temple? lol (sorry)

  • Just remember the best temple ever built is the human body which houses the soul! BTW the temples in this video are beautiful buildings.

  • I am not LDS, but I am from the Washington, DC area. I have visited Temple Square in Salt Lake City. I expected that this video would begin with the Salt Lake temple and would conclude with the D.C. temple, I was right. I am proud of "our" temple here in D.C. , for 34 years it is a part of our city.

  • We dont need a temple to praise God. We can praise God in our homes. Jesus was a humble people, he wasnt rich as mormons shows in these temples. I think.

  • Yes, we can worship God no matter where we are. But God's people have always built temples or tabernacles--holy places where sacred ordinances are performed. And should they not be made of the best materials possible, so that they can be used for many years to come?

  • liek jazzquru1 say, temples are important, even jesus defend the house of his father the temple of jerusalem, and that temple was constructed whit the most finest materials, as mormons we do the same when god commands his childerns to build a house to him...

  • really helped me feel the spirit wonderful thanx

  • Thank you for using music to make a video that doesn't mock such sacred things. I can hardly wait for the open house of the Rexburg temple next to where I go to school.

  • im proud to be a mormon. this is so great. thank you for posting this. When i will get baptist i will go to the tempel in the netherlands where i live. i will go inside. Right now i only saw the waiting room because i am only aloud to go in there. But i will baptist my grandpa when i am ready.

When i am in amerika i will go to the temple in salt lake., it is beautifal. everything. the church is true

  • i love the video it made my day

  • beatiful i loved the temples

  • Hey jazz, thanks for using this as a video response to my temples slideshow. Sometime this coming week I'll be posting a newer one that I've been working on (which includes all 124 temples)

  • You're welcome.

I'm looking forward to your next slideshow.

  • This was amazing. About a year and a half ago, the institute choir I was in did an entire presentation on temples and used both of these songs. I loved hearing them, and seeing the temples with it. It TOTALLY reminded me of what we did! thanks for posting this!

  • Thanks, I'm glad you liked it.
