This is a romanian music TV wich is called MTV Romania, but don't have much to do with MTV. And on that TV there is (or was) a 1 hour program of metal done by one of the most fierce metal programs makers of Romania - known mostly from radio, becouse metal is hard to see on TV in Romania, as anywhere (there was another matal programs maker, but he switched to country music).
