Here's the recipe:

5 Matzos

12 oz. chocolate chips

3/4 cup confection sugar

1/2 cup milk

1 stick butter

potato starch

Melt the chocolate (you can add a little potato starch to thicken it). Mix in the milk. Spread on matzah. Put in refrigerator for 3 hours to cool.
