  • So beautiful and graceful, yet we kill them!

  • This guy knows how to shoot video

  • I'll do this one day, definitely

  • So freaking Beautiful

  • mein gosh

  • Great video. Pitty the quality is so bad

  • @TheDavidsleeps not at all...

  • btw whats the way to get back in the cage - so it dont follow you?

  • @playdead4fun swim up to the surface and pull yourself over the top. unless it has a door.

  • like they dont notice the people

  • I think my life would have flashed before my eyes at 6:06

  • @coryindahousizzle me at 4:06 too :)

  • My SCUBA instructor has encountered Great Whites while diving. He said that they are generally not aggressive towards divers in their natural habitat. There are theories that most attacks happen near the surface because the sharks mistake surfers or swimmers for seals. That's why most people survive attacks and don't get eaten, because the shark bites and swims away.

  • pause it at 0:53 i might be wrong but that looks like a silouette of a great white shark on the left side of the screen

  • Everyone is saying ohh you could've gotten eatin, but these guys are trained and they know what they are doing. They went to a place where they could find a great white without having to use chum. Sharks are beautiful creatures that we need to respect and people need to get the word out. Too many sharks are being killed for there fins for shark fin soup. It's horrible and people should feel bad that they are killing there incredible creatures. Please respect them like a human being!

  • I just did a dive on a wreck about 8 miles off of the coast of Myrtle Beach and I swear I saw a Tiger Shark in the distance, just it's silhouette which made it scarier but it was awesome. Very surprised by the visibility, I suggest the dive, it's called the Sherman an old Civil War Wreck about 56 ft. down at the deepest and 28 ft. at the shallowest. I dove with Coastal Scuba which is probably your best bet. It's a fairly easy dive, you can just swim around freely and there are a bunch of fish.

  • I felt calmer when the shark first came into view... to be in its presence must be amazing..

  • Aaaaaaaaand this years Darwin Award goes tooooo..... THIS GUY!

Seriously if I'm not in a cage when I encounter a fucker like this... I'll be fucked.

And I'm not talking about the shark.

  • I've got to see a great white shark in the wild someday. Good thing I have my SCUBA license.

  • She's beautiful.

  • this is soooo beautiful. i want to dive and film sharks while accompanied by violins.

  • Sharks kill:8-12 people average a year

coconuts kill:145-160 people average a year

vending machines kill:20-25 people average a year

Justin beiber kills: 8 billion people every day with his voice... Stop the madness

  • You sir, are going to be eaten one day.

  • oh your a cameraman huh what kind of shows do you film? oh i dive with great sharks without a cage :)

  • Shark at 2:28

  • That shark was thinking about it... Don't press your luck.

  • @pmaentst lol

  • Admirable lo de este animal, es perfecto, lastima la fama que tiene.

  • incredible, serene

  • i give all respect for french ppl.. they are the pioneers of the sea...from there great grandfather JACQUES...

  • save the sharks please

  • where do these guys get trained to swim with these beautiful beast?

  • good footage with a real close shave , thankyou for uploading .

  • @Dotsy007 not 2 be mean or anything but they will if we don't do anything about the sea pollution........

  • Wanna find a shark? Hide wit the seals.. dumasses, coudve had a jaws moment..

  • sharks are amazing and powerful creatures we need to do more to protect them without them the ocean will go to shit protecting these creatures should be a goal for all of us

  • Thats Amazing... :)

  • this is not depressing music. its rather... magical and it creates a great atmosphere that makes you go beyond the music and really feel the water....... and the sea... :) guy almost got bitten! D:

  • this is tupacs beat

  • whats with the depressing music??

  • And then Somebody gets a bloody nose.....

  • WOW! amazing

  • Anytime I see seals in the water, I'm guessing it's not a great place to go diving.

  • We have to thank good that Megalodons are not living anymore ! XD

Cause I would NEVER GO in A CAGE, OR ON A BOAT, to see one ! XD

  • Actually, to be honest that would be sweet to see one... but absolutely terrorizing. But I don't think human's should worry, I think we're too small for them to be interested. They'd probably go after whales or giant squids down deep in the ocean, like blue whales do ^^.

  • Great video. But as you see, the conditions here were that the divers were *under* the sharks until they made their way to the boat. Had they been splashing around carelessly at the surface, the video would have went from serene to horrifying very quickly.

  • videos like this prove when i shark attacks its on pure instinct and curiosity

  • q preciosidad de animal!

  • @6:07 I think the shark actually got scared haha

  • Clearly he wasn't hungry, just curious.

But you guys are masters of cold blood.

    Compliments for this extraordinary video!

  • man it was like it stopped and looked at you.

  • beautiful dont understand why people hurt sharks while the sharks clean the oceans! and eat the weak fish and the sick fish

  • @vowwarlord I hate to say this, but I think the reason people hurt (and kill) sharks is because of a certain 1975 film (and its sequels) that depicted sharks as deadly man-eaters when they clearly are not, as this video shows. I saw a commercial earlier and it said something like in 10 years, sharks could become extinct if something isn't done to stop man from slaughtering sharks. Scary thought, isn't it?

  • that looks danm impressive how did u manage that?

  • I saw one diving off of laguna beach in 86. i Luckly got into the shallows in time. Didn't want him to confuse me with a seal.

  • Just.... Amazing... Thanks for this extremely amazing video, must be an unbelievable experience.

  • Wow that was a great video

would be a great experience to swim with sharks but a very scary one too just like at 6:07 man that was close

  • thank you for this

  • dont cry when one takes a bite out of your ass----play with fire and u will get burned

  • what is this song/? - i like ambient music

  • just beautiful

  • The divers were filming at the bottom between the plants as camouflage. Hence the reason why shark wasn't harmful. YET... they left right on time after he took 1 good look at one of them. Sharks always tend to swim around you before they decide to taste you.

  • true

  • This is The most amazing video ive ever seen! The beutifle backround and the wonderful fish. I love the calming music too. Im not a critic but 5/5. I have one question for you though. can you send me the music for this? if you cant, i understand.

  • One of the most impressive film stocks i've ever seen. The scene at 6:08 is interesting ... it looks dangerous (and most probably is) but at the same time the great white seems to be extremely cautious ... and full of curiosity - neither nervous nor hostile.

And the way the shark moves away in the next second ... the way he moves just takes my breath away ... beautiful. I wouldn't try to swim with white sharks. But seeing these pictures inspires me with awe of God's creation.

  • He had a good old look at him at 6:08, lucky he wasn't hungry!

  • Pretty Small shit that one was huge! These dudes are fin crazy!

  • Just awesome. Wish Shazam could figure out the music used in this.

  • 6:08.....HOLY SHIT

  • This is the better designed animal by nature!

    Really fucking great!

I Saw one by cage, and can i tell you, you can't even breath with him around...you can feel the royalty...

  • boys have balls.

  • Comment removed

  • It helps if you can use the correct right

    your talking about writing

  • at 6.08 - very nearly critical error. turning your back to a great white. never to be done. to have any chance, always must face the shark

  • interesting how close that shark came to that diver when they turned their back at 6:08

  • Love Sharks,Fear them, fascinated by them plz dont let this fucking beautiful creature dissapear out of our seas.

  • @DotsyOO7 i feel exactly the same

  • @DotsyOO7 I couldn't agree more. THey are absolutely fascinating... Divers should always remeber it's their home not ours.....

  • @DotsyOO7 well said

  • Insane video but they are all pretty small. Good video to show that these animals aren't mindless killingsmachines! Thumbs up!

  • wow.. what a video. so peaceful and gripping at the same time.

does anyone know which classical music piece this is?? thanks!

  • breathtaking video I'd love to do that!!! they interact knowing that your not the prey they feed on...very positive endorsement why we should protect these majestic creatures

  • wow that shark was to close but did not attack.

if that was me down there i would have probably pee in my pants, not than anybody will notice it, hahahaah well maybe the great white will :)

  • Amazing! One of the best shark videos I have ever seen!

  • unbelievable experience! Truly amazing video.

  • simply breathtaking

  • man fuck that shit.

you couldnt pay me enough to get in that water

  • aye hello

  • i am soooo jealous of them

  • She is majestic.....wow!!

  • Do you have any more information on the documentation which the clip is taken from?

  • Noooo way!

The Great White Sharks in Southern Africa are huge and freaking crazy plus been known to jump into boats soo yeah.

In the video they are near the food resources and the Sharks could be hunting. I think this is crazy also extremely amazing !!

  • wow that would be sooo scary!!

  • Min 6:10 - What did the caudal fin say to the face? SLAP!

Haha... Okay, sorry, bad joke. ;-p

  • swim with a great white shark without a cage its a great dream!! with andre hartman all its possible!! great video!!

  • great animals... fantastic.

  • the only fish I'm comfortable swimming with are the plastic variety

  • Well, this is realu amazing. I love greeat white sharks!

  • same here I absoultely adore theses sharks

  • i'm a great white too.. LOL

  • im inlove with the ocean and everything in it and this video is just amazing, i always watch it before i go to sleep.

  • So beautiful....

it's hard to believe it's real..a total pristine, new world...

I love the music; it adds to the mystical atmosphere. Thank you for this beautiful clip.

  • Was that a fucked up cage at 00:22?

  • Was that a fucked up cage at 00:22?

  • crazy

  • for some reason i keep thinking about that bear movie where he was eaten at the end... hmph idk why, haha

  • That's fabulous! It shows how a white shark can behave when not provoked and teased. In my 2 encounters with white sharks their behaviour was consistent with this video, ie, much more interested in their natural food sources than humans. A gutsy video and well put together.

  • WOOOW , that game i really gotta buy , tomatoes to!

  • Beautiful shark, very good water condition !

    Well done

  • Wow!!! i loved the music as well.. lots of these shark videos tend to have the jaws 'theme' but i loved the classical piece used here. great video.
