as usual, they take some supposedly "regular" structured songs and just rock the holy crap out of them ! perfect sense of rhythym,showmanship,raw energy--all the stuff that's missing in the boring ass tripe that gets shoved at everyone these days. When you think about what it takes to pull off a good stage production, you realize that this one in particular was sheer genius.

I had a roommate when this album came out and whenever I put it on he'd call them Cheap Shit. Then we saw them blow Ted Nugent off the stage in Anaheim, California about a year later and he was stunned. Never spoke bad about them again. Turned into a big fan :)

Used to see them all the time in the bar in Portage, WI - and at Doug Bouge's house!! ;) Those were the days...knew Robin before he joined Cheap Trick and was playing solo guitar in Wisc. Dells supper clubs!! LOL!! Didn't know he had that voice in him, but was pleasantly surprised when he started belting it out for Cheap Trick!! Tom, you were the bomb, too...

The song is "C'mon C'mon" and it really kicks ass don't it? My favorite track of it is on the 25th anniversary of the Budakon concert album. The hall does suck but isnt rock n roll naturally opposed to the idea of some bunch of dopes passing judgement anyway? I dont need them to validate my heroes for me. Cheers!
