Interesting but can most people get past point 1?
Point 2 seems the easiest.
Point 3 is difficult for older people who tend to fade in and out but I think it's excellent brain development to try to focus on this. Point 4,"do not talk as much as you listen" is also interesting in that if you get two listeners on the line who don't talk much, would there be much communication at all? Liked the video though.
