Is King of Fighters XIII out yet? For the PS3 I keep getting the run around I know it's a arcade game.

I'm a Capcom SF fan sure, but KoF I also like. Their characters where always so diverse and it was cool how SNK formed a tourney based around all their fighting franchises (most of them).

KoF characters had something SF guys didn't have that I liked. That was "Style" I hate SNK can't afford to make big budget games. I'd love to see them do with KoF what Capcom did with SF4.

No, she DID remove the glove for the NeoMAX. Look at 0:09 and you'll see her uncovered hand.

@ProbeNexus Actually, if you look at 0:04 and stop it just right before she covers her arm in energy, her glove is still on. I also looked at 0:09, and he glove is still on. You just have to look closely.

@Phoenix940420 Well, she can cover her arms in some type of energy(I think its chi or ki) and she can swing her arms and they would cut like a sword. It looks like here, she has mastered her Orochi power, and can also add that power with her energy, for more damage, so yeah, you could say her arms are like swords.
