@viperzeroone All of the characters in this trailer are MARVEL properties: Reed Richards (Fantastic Four), Spider Man, Wolverine, Magneto (X-Men), the Hulk, Iron Man, etc...There is no conflict of characters between DC and Marvel universes. But that have physical powers would have no effect on a comet the size of Manhattan, so even though I love the look of this trailer, it is totally without hope except for maybe Reed, Tony Stark, and Magneto...

XMen world is anti-mutant, and mutants are virtually everywhere, where-as the "mutant problem" doesn't seem to exist (according to the movies) in the other super-hero worlds. i think to make the plot more interesting, the meteors should have "powers" you know? and by powers i mean powers able to make the mutants so powerful, they could do so much destruction, and the government wants to either contain them or just destroy them by using the avengers. just an idea...
put together well, but the plot makes no sense. an asteroid is gonna hit earth and kill everybody...so why are heroes and villains fighting? magneto's not a suicidal hitler.
Well, Magneto was known for an attempt on our lives in the "Ultimatum" comic canon.
Anyway, Magneto is probably fed up dealing with the human race, so he tampers with the government's attempts to stop the comet, and the Avengers have to stop him.
Just looking at the comments below, I think real The Avengers movie can survive without a meteor hitting the Earth. The storyline would more revolve around the villains trying to end the world themselves, in my opinion.
I commented on the trailer when it was first uploaded. Looking at it now, this is one of the best and most thought-out Avengers trailers on YT. AWESOME!
PS: Transformers 2 had some of the best action & CGI in history. But when it boils down to it, the movie was pretty crap.

Anyway, I think I speak for everyone one in the whole damn country when I say that this is easily a near perfect trailer. Song was good, like I said before, Dialogue was outstanding, and the clips and usage of the Iron Man 2 trailer were just obsurd. Love it Love it Love it, this is as good as they'll come.
Easily the most epic and powerful Avengers mock trailer... excellent editing and brilliant usage of all the clips. The incorporation of all the non-comic book films really meshes the footage together into a smooth, coherent story. Brilliant brilliant job!

Good to see Armageddon and Deep Impact mixed up with the Marvel Universe. Billy Bob would be awesome in a Marvel movie, cool actor. Iron Man 2 is in there 2:09 awesome.
That was fan-fucking-tastic! The wait was worth it. The whole plot with the comet should have definitely been used for The Avengers: Rise of the Superior, but I guess it wouldn't be worth filling in the plotline with the alien invasion, William Stryker's Weapon XI, and the Symbiote suit.
I think it would've been cool to explore Bruce Banner's undercover work with the Brotherhood with more trailers/TV spots (including the scene wheer Magneto says, "I could use someone like you").
Also, I loved that you didn't try to make an identical copy to your already stupendous Marvel Ultimate Alliance final trailer. It was good, but with the music from the "Avatar" trailer and the new scenes from the "Iron Man 2" (What, no Black Widow or War Machine? Blasphemy! LOL!), it more than makes up for it.
Though you should've had all your trailers follow the same storyline. Trailer A focused on the Silver Surfer, Galactus, and the Brotherhood.
The only problem is that all your trailers focused on seperate storylines per trailer. The first one focused on the coming of Galactus, the Silver Surfer, and a war against humans and mutants, the second trailer focused on the cure, the third trailer followed the plot of the first trailer, and now this one focuses on a comet and Bruce Banner being sent in to infiltrate Magneto's Brotherhood. I know I'll catch shit from other people here (X3sucked and ZackBraff15 included), it's just one nitpick.
But overall, I loved it. It's a shame we won't see any more interesting stuff like this from you. The wait was worth it. Congratulations on The Avengers: Rise of the Superior and this amazing final trailer.
