Racism generally is not a major issue in the League of Ireland. It's telling that neither of the cases cited here concern LoI clubs or supporters.
While there is no doubt that racism is endemic in Irish society, I have never seen a racist incident in Irish football other than from Linfield. I'm quite sure most LoI fans would not tolerate any racist chanting from their stands.

It's hard to know why this is on the LoI website.
