Wow I really miss this phone, it was so solid. The top half of the phone was sooo 9700, and the bottom keys stuck to the curve line. And how do the downgrade from a 3.2 autofocus camera WITH flash to a 2.0 WITHOUT flash AND fixed focus RIM? slap a trackpad on this, 3G, and OS6 and and call it a day. I'd get it without a second thought.

hey man nice review .i have a blackberry 8900 and i have a problem with headphone jack (3,5 mm) when i atach headset the music play but makes a strong ringing .is not problem with headphones cuz i put them to another phone and works perfectly

@mydanezu I had that problem as well, I took my 8900 to tmobile and they gave me a new phone instead! Im not sure if that helps, and also if it hasn't been one year since you got it you can call the company and they will send you a replacement through the mail...

-got this bb pearl off of Ebay

-Used my same SIM card from the Sony erricson, and put it in the bb pearl

-Now since BB uses internet and updates itself, will I get charged for anything extra?

Hey, would you recommend the Bold 9000 or the Curve 8900 overall? In my country there´s no 3G yet, but in a month we will get the HSDPA 850 MHz band, and even though I like the 8900 a bit better, but I would miss 3G. (Note that the Bold 9700 is a little expensive now and not available here yet)
