Face it Boss Hogg, your years and years of unconstitutional budgets breaking the Copeland cap are "paying off". You have squandered the largest tax revenue increase in history of the state and are broke again. Won't do you any good to add an income tax when 20% of us are unemployed. You don't seem to realize that when you are increasing your spending kitty for state employees, that our incomes are flat, but our taxes are going up. Are you really that stupid?
