  • SONY VEGAS 10

  • Sorry but, you shouldn't be having quality issues with movie maker. I used to use my Windows XP movie maker for stop motions all the time, if your losing quality there may be an issue with the way you have it formatted.

  • ok this is all most a year now.......... hmm did you find it? or you forgot it?

  • I recommend using corel videostudio, it's $50 and it doesn't lower quality ask neilharbin0 his lego zelda videos look pretty kick ass

    hope this helps

  • sony vegas???????

  • Hiya! Heard about your situation. Perhaps you should try contacting LEGOClubTV. They might now a program for you to use. Also if you have the money try upgrading to a Windows7. That's something that might help. Hope I helped. =)

    Good Luck!

  • sorry I use Movie maker nothing more, I realy like your mini series :D i have made a stop motion called "Halioid" its Halo Metroid and Alien put together

  • sorry I use Movie maker nothing more, i have made a stop motion called "Halioid" its Halo Metroid and Alien put together

  • it has been f!@#$%^ 2 years, two god !@#$ years since you put that episode 9 is 7.5% and it is still the same, this better not be delayed for like 15 years like duke nukem forever which was delayed another month

  • Program called Stop Motion pro may work well, I've used it in an animation class, I cannot get it to work on my computer though.

  • Use Stop Motion Pro. Its very nice. It was even used in creating Wallace & Gromit.

  • i use iMovieHD but its foe the mac

  • waited so long for a comeback....^^

    your vids are great!!

  • I don't think iMovie8 would work due to that they removed the special effects. You should try to get iMovie HD.

  • You need Imovie! Have you ever thought about GIMP for "Onion-Skinning" and making special effects?

  • if you have a imac(apple computer)you can download istopmotion i hope this help because i want to know if samus can make it out alive from all those metriods ^_^

  • I think you're taking to long i mean having to watch 8 over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again is boring

  • IMovie ATW!!!!!!

  • Use sony vegas 8 pro. use a keygen in order to get it free. its a pain, but its worth it. Also the keygen has EPIC music!

  • use pinacle studio 10 or newest version

  • A excellent $30 program is Claymation - Studios by Honestech... It comes with Chroma Key features, frames per second editing, overlay abilities, ect. I still haven't used mine but I might make a Lego stop-motion soon. It's a perfect program.

  • stopmotion pro?

  • what about istopmotion. filmguy1 uses it his videos are brilliant

  • For stop motion do I use:"Monkey Jam" which you can get for free and it records in extremly good quality. After that I use FInal Cut Pro/iMovie (which costs about 800 dollars yeah much I know) for cutting the film and add soundeffects.

For Soundediting could I advise you to use audacity, its a free program where you can do much stuff with soundediting.

  • Try iStopmotion. It's what xxxfancypantsxxx uses, and he's the best stopmotioner I've seen yet.

  • @RecalibrationMovies my friend sinsezpictures uses that to but he says its only for macs

  • Use Final Cut, AVS Video Editor. they are the best. PM me for more

  • i wish i could help, but i don't know much about computers i hope someone gives you a good program ur series is awesome

  • I dont know... I have no idea what you can use. But i do I have a plan. Watch sonic Lego Stop animation videos. And find out the one you like the most, then ask the person what program they use, if they tell you your in the clear! :D

  • Try out MonkeyJam for making the video and Sony Vegas for putting everything together. If you can get your hands into a mac, try Final Cut. A good place to find some programs is Isohunt.

  • i know one what about a flash maker? you can import pics and sound

  • There was this one program I was going to look into called iStopmotion . Not sure if it's the best or not but give that a look.

  • Sup rich, remember me?, when I did my lego metroid, I used the movie maker too, but then I found this program (really cool btw) called sony vegas pro 9, I got it 4 free, you can make HD movies with it, edit frame by frame everything, put effects, make intros and all you need to continue your story, I also use iMovie, tht one is more simple than sony vegas, but the quality is awesome, And if you need an audio editing program, adobe audition is awesome.

Tell me if you gonna use em,ill get em 4 ya!

  • @iDan245 I read up that iMovie uses webcam, which I dont use. Would it work for regular audio/video/picture import? I need a program thats free, not too complex to use, wont lower my quality, and allow me synch audio to the video.

  • @001rich100 ok, sony vegas isn't that hard to use, you can use it just as windows movie maker, about imovie, i have a mac and imovie doesn't use a webcam, you can easily import audio, video and pictures to it, same with sony vegas, about the price, you can get it free, just type in youtube ´how to get sony vegas pro 9 free´. Ik that u dont like unlicensed products, but trust me, it works perfectly, and it DONT slow down the quality, it makes it better.

  • @001rich100 Yes iMovie can import video and audio into the video, the only time ive used it and put a song in my video it didnt lower the quality.

  • man , sorry but. u must know that Windows Vista is crappy, try using another thingy .

  • i use the adobe premier pro, its cool and it have a very good quality, try it out.

  • use quicktime pro, it's $30. All you do is click "import image sequence", find the folder with your pictures, and choose the framerate. It then takes all your pictures and plays them back at that framerate, which you can export as a video. It works wonders for stop motions, and saves SOOO much time. You still need a video editor though, to add titles and such.

  • Give Sony Vegas a try, that's what I use. My vids are in .wmv format so the quality suffers a little, but there's other formats that you can use.

  • final cut for mac, after effects for all comps, and thats all i can think of right now.
