Thanks. I figured out what made the audio choppy. When I was getting the song, I didn't grab it as a straight mp4 file, I grabbed it as a movie and broke the audio from the original movie it was from. So, while it sounded awesome and fine on my computer and as a direct Quicktime video, it uploaded choppy.
