@thatstupidkid31 Ya I have a few of those for hunting they are nice, but not as small. This one I put in the glove box of my car. I figure it is more expensive because of its small compact shape and how all the tools fit like a puzzle. Thanks for you comment.

I think this kit can be improved. You need a compass, some water purification tablets, a plastic bag, a whiresaw, some tinder, a couple of safety pins. Those are only examples, but there is lot again.

oh okay, see down here in kentucky we don't have an eddie bauer store, but we do have bass pro shop and others but not eddie or cabelas thanks man for the info

I bet bass pro carries something like this. I have a similar one that I got at sportsmans WH that was simply a water bottle filled with survival gear.

Yup, I have the book he wrote, and the series. I agree, great show. I love reading about the survivor stuff, I collect books on it.

I got it at Eddie Bauer in the store. Cabelas sells similar kits. You can just go to their website and type in "survival kit"
