@scradincunt Sorry for beeing late...I was off for a while.
Well, I've used just the KP3 and for the recording, I've took the KORG MR-1 (which is a 1-Bit-Recorder) and last but not least, I've plugged my Ovation directly into the KP3. That's it ;-)
@JBorgBarthet You can do many more things with this tool but building beats is no the major task. Therefore you should use the Korg Electribe instead. Once you've built your beats, you can play with them on the KP3. And it is even more than a funny effects pedal: you can create samples and put effects on it, you can loop your stuff, you can even record your movements on the board, you can use 4 tracks, you can use noise filters, modulation effects, delay effects and much more...
That experiment 2 was like the scene from August Rush, I love it. You play amazing and that seems like a really fun tool to mess around with, thank you for sharing
@strawberrymachine Glad that you like it. The pad wasn't designed for using with a guitar, because it is difficult to play guitar along with sampling phrases (punch-in and punch-out is missing). But you can still use it for some weired effects ;-)
If you are looking for an effect box for guitars, you should choose a different tool.
@stephanschwenk Using it with a guitar wasn't my main intention. I just thought it would be a nice bonus seeing as it worked out so well for you in this video ;)
Anyhow, keep playing the guitar. You're really good at it :)
really nice playing.what equipment are you using to get such a great clear acoustic sound out of the KP?

This is awesome! You just gave me another reason for buying a kaoss pad :) Are there any other good effects for playing with a guitar?

This sounds very nice, would have been even better if you sampled some phrases in real time and played with oversampling...
What delay preset was this?

Thanks for your kind comment. I've used the dly5 preset.

Nice. What kind of effects did you use?
emil 3 years ago
I have used a simple delay effect and tapped near the right top corner on the panel of the KP3. Don't forget to press HOLD and that's it.
