@Aupas a lot of nations have permanently damaged others in times of war; yes the US left a scar in Southern Asia, but what's been done is done, and 40 years later there is unexploded ordinances left, but the only reason they've been found is because it's a farming country and digging through the land is common; there is ordinances all over the world that are yet to explode but nobody comes near them. All in all it's an unfortunate outcome, but it's not something to hold a grudge to the US over.
