That is one of the most inspirational stories I have ever seen. I have had the pleasure of meeting your family in Hawaii and for as long as I run marathons, I will be supporting your quest to find a cure for Diabetes.
Very inspirational!!!...... My 6 yr old son was diagnosed a year ago of type 1 diabetes, he's come a long way of accepting it! When he was diagnosed in CHEO... he was so frightened, it took 3 nurses every time for about 2 weeks having to physically hold him to recieve the blood glucose tests & insulin injections. Thank you to people like you, There will be a cure I deffinately believe!
