Humans interfere with shit they're not supposed to... ever here of Pandora's box? kinda the same story except we fucked up the earth... humans cause bad shit, animals don't... "The only enemy humans have... is themselves."-Monster Due on Maple Street.
Humanity killed off the dodo, could not these invasive species be exterminated? The bees maybe a problem, but the rabbits and camels could be killed off. Plus these are animals that could be eaten, free meat?
How easily humans ignore the fact that they themselves are animals too. Not one species in history has EVER climbed to the top of the food chain by playing nice with it's competition. humans are currently at the top, and yet we feel we can interfere with the rest of the chain without consequences. For all our science and intelligence, we are still beasts by nature, and tampering with that nature is very dangerous and foolish.
Interestingly, the European honey bees seem to have adapted behavior similar to European human colonists, that is to say that they subjugate and live off of the work done by native bees by either stealing or beating them into submission. Very intriguing.
@turbolawnmower not just north america but i won't look down on you for being european and assuming only americans and canadians have persecuted native inhabitants.
instead of lions how about we just hunt them like we would deer of elk. and besides the camels in australia are the only wild one humped camels on earth so their not as bad as other invasive animals there
No way! When we relesed the cane toads to control the beatles in the first places and learned the mistake from that, releasing lions to hunt camels would be just as bad. Bio control is no job for beginers!

Too bad the foreign foxes don't eat the foreign bunnies. That would start to get one population undred control, anyways. :D
