  • Sarif industries. Build a better You.

  • I love how he manages to squeez his wifes ass

  • now they only have to make the motor to run faster..cuz the movement of the finger is pretty slow.

  • "We can rebuild him"

  • @dirtyhabit92 The question is...will he ask for this?

  • Amazing to see how far the technology behind prosthetic limbs has advanced even in the short time I've been alive.

  • wow an incredible device

  • The fact that there's enough dexterity to play a game of cards is pretty impressive to me. A lot of people probably think what the biggest most strengthwise thing you can do with these prosthetics are, but oddly I think the most important things you can do with them are little things like ripping open sugar packets and picking cards out of a hand.

  • @monero1965

I love you for that, your comment made my day

  • Olá como vão todos, sou amputado dos braços devido choque 13.800 volts, utilizo prótese mão mioelétrica OTTO BOCK,segue site para mais informações.

    amputadosvencedores

  • i want one, and when i get it, i'll get my Phd so I can be Dr Claw. Yes I am one armed and dangerous.

  • i just realized the like button is i-limb...

  • very nice until I saw him driving with the prosthetic hand on the wheel and the real hand on his cellphone... judging by the obvious limitations of the prosthetic hand, I think that the cell phone should, at least, be on the prosthetic hand and the real hand on the wheel. And that's already dangerous, why make it even more?

  • why the fuck dosent it come with more tools like a swiss army knife, and why dont you just hook it up to the car and drive it like R2D2 connection style, your hand should be the key to the car man :P

  • first of all...Do not talk and drive...dangerous lol...but aside from that..that hand is brilliant :)

  • someday in the near future the technology will be so great that there wont be lag in the hand and it will function faster then that which would be closer to the speed of a real hand.

  • I never asked for this

  • @Duphman2 lmao

  • Sarif Industries involved?

  • there are even some that have develped the ability to feel in them O:

  • 0:55 ; 2:12 best parts lol

  • DEAR SANTA...

  • 0:55 LMAO xD That is fantastic

  • Its a wery beautifull invention!

Im shure it is a big help!

I just miss the hands twisting motion.

    Aniway cool!!

  • @Pujc Very. Sure. Any. Learn how to spell.

  • @Supermassively can u spot teh problem???

  • @Pujc Yes. The problem is that you can't spell simple words. And the bigger problem is that you're a furfag.

  • @Supermassively Shut the fuck up , you tipical ignorant fart blast ^^

  • @Pujc Typical.

  • @Supermassively Kopjál balfasz nyelvész.

  • @Pujc Shut the fuck up.

  • Humana denied my sister coverage for these hands. She had to have BOTH HANDS amputated after complications with Leukemia. HUMANA says hands are not a "Medical Necessity." They will pay for HOOKS though. Watch her story on WHAS 11. Videos...Keyword Debbie Lewis. Indiana Mom / Insurance Denies

  • I HAVE THAT HAND ALSO, I LOST MY HAND AT WORK. IT COST 40,000 AND IT THE BEST ONE OUT THERE. MINES HAS A SKIN TO MATCH MY OTHER HAND..

  • I wish they can add in pressure sensor. Sometimes you dont know the pressure and crash so many things.

  • @randomcreations1 fore-armless soldiers will be in heaven

  • wait is this on iphone

  • It cost in europe €32000 that's $42380 and I don't think that it cost more than €15000 to create it.

  • 0:54 ass squeeze rofl

  • This is a great video it is more friendly to the things that would scare most people good job to you:)

  • If I had the guts I could so have an accident at work and get insurance to buy me one of these. The card playing is for the win!

  • If I had the guts I could so have an accident at work and get insurance to buy me one of these.

  • I'm not impressed, the movement of the servos needs to be faster, way faster.

  • @Barbaroossa Well at least it doesent take three whole hours to move a single finger, and at least its the highest qualityout now, lets see YOU make a bionic hand thats incredibly hard and expensive to create!

  • @TheGanstaben

Search for "Amazing Robotic Hand" from ToPress user if you wanna see what a really good robotic limb looks like.

  • THIS HAND IS UNREAL MAKING ON FOR A PATIENT BY FAR COOLEST THING IVE BUILT IN 15 YEARS ..........................

  • Better practice with a hot dog, otherwise you might rip your dick off.

  • mi mano derecha se mueve muy similar, y es natural.

no... después de ver todo el vídeo, mi mano se mueve peor. xD

  • mi mano derecha se mueve muy similar, y es natural

  • awesome.

  • by now I bet the damn hands is better than my real hand.

  • @ATBisthebest1 its as expensive as it has to be

  • They couldn't make it skin colored?

  • A bionic hand that tries to look like a hand is embarrassing, make it look like a terminator hand and I'd be proud to wear one.

  • SO COOL!!

  • Incredible technology, incredibly annoying music.

  • I'm guessing the price was around 6 million dollars

  • people sorry to dissapoint you but its just fake this one s from 2007 they didn't have fast bionics back then even the ones from today aren't that fast

  • @thvr22 There are some minor effects like speeding up the camera in a few spots, but this is a real hand that does exactly what is shown in the video. And for the most part it was shown at actual speed with only a few sped up parts. Just because YOU don't believe it, doesn't mean it's fake. Just look up iLimb. It's the real deal and it's helping real people. I imagine the guy in the video is just happy to have a functioning hand again.

  • He must work in human-cyborg relations...

  • hahahaha i wold put the power glove on it

  • wow, never thought thy would be that good!

anly differences is that that arm is a bit slower than the real, but still, wow!

(can you also swim with it?)

  • she loved that A1000 terminator hand grasp at 00:56

    lol

  • They should make your hand super strong,

    like iron man!!!!!!!!!!

  • Why do people who build bionic arms always forget about the wrist ?

  • moosemanty needs one he blew off his hand

  • omg is this jax rom mortal kombat? :P cyborgs ftw!

  • That is just absolutely amazing

  • Cybronetics FTW. Biomechanical FTW...

  • wow...thats truely amazing. i hope i can get an i-limb. i've been researching it and it would be amazing to have two hands again.

  • @moosemanty how do you write? Im sorry for my question just curious. :) no ofense intended

  • @Edgarssprogis he writes with one hand i guess...

  • can you control each finger independently??????

  • tambier sirve para golpear a algun ladron?

  • does it have tactile sensors :D

  • this i limb is NOT as good as its made out i had one on trial and its bad points overwhelmed its good points the ottobok speed hand is much better i will post some vids of it

  • ok cool

  • @Blacklemon67 none do yet

  • can you grip hard enough to hurt someone? if yes, thats awesome.

  • you can really hurt someone with the ottobok speed hand much better

  • how hard can you grip stuff? hard enough to hurt anybody? because if yes, they is awesome.

  • Next they'll work on getting them with a real robocop grip. Amputee's will soon close the fearsome CoC 4 no doubt.

Great choice of music btw, totally illustrate the complete awesomeness of these first true cyborgs.

  • lol they could have painted it skin colour...

  • @1Vella skins can be made to make the I-limb lifelike. for obvious reasons they left it out; this vid is to show off the hand. besides, not all patients want it covered.

  • I meant no disrespect.... Thanks

  • I can't wait for the technology to give independent finger control... b i o n i c middle finger o_0

  • it's funny xD 0:58 2:14 etc xD

  • Yeah! Science does rule!

GOD never gave back a limb lol

  • Totally agreed :D

  • lol, wtf at 2:16 XD

  • so can you flip the bird with that?

  • 2:14 lol,cool video ,science rules :)

  • Just read about it, it costs 34.000 euros

  • where you got that information??

  • It was in the magazine issue of a respected Dutch newspaper called the Volkskrant. Yet afterwards i've found different prices around the web...could be that the article included services or garantuees etc.

  • could some one tell me, how much it cost and where to get this?

    thaks

  • I think it costs around £8500 or dollars I might be wrong.

  • Very, very cool! The playing cards blew me away. I hope my son Shen can use one of these someday!

  • Youre a cyborg... Thats cool!

  • @Johnson857

I still don't like my cyborgs talking while driving!

  • This is awesome. I had a great uncle who lost three of his fingers and he passed on in late 2007, but when he had heard about these things he joked about chopping his arm off and getting his three fingers back. But really, this is a great development that can help a lot of people.

  • What a great improvement over the traditional hooked claw.

  • seem it works great

  • he did everything but point the finger :(

  • wow amazing...this shows how far technology is coming...the six million dollar man is gonna be reality maybe 30 or 40 years from now

  • reckless driver.

  • Technology at it's finest, improving lives.

  • Damn, that's the first time they've come close to a Luke arm without any expensive nerve-connecting technologies.

Erm.... Not so close. Look at 2:11 - magic?

  • well..have you heard of Otto bock?

they have developed a hand similar to this one 20 years ago.

this is only improved version with 5 fingers.

  • then its not similar.. different fingers

  • not magic. i was in this vid. im the kid. i witnessed it live. dont doubt my friend, dont doubt what mankind can do nowadays.

  • It seems like people don't believe in progress anymore, even as it happens all around them and makes their modern lives possible. I believe in it. First, these myoelectric limbs, then ones that connect directly to the brain and deliver sensation. Then one day cloned limbs, or even more sophisticated robot ones. Nothing can stop brilliant, determined scientists.

  • @Zamboro Bionic is the natural way of progress.

  • @Zamboro well spoken!

  • @Zamboro took them a while to get anywhere though, don't you think?

  • @someman7

Sure did, but the most basic problems facing bionics in the early days were the toughest ones to solve. It's like that with lots of technologies.

  • @Zamboro It took them too long. We had processors with million of transistors for years, and we can't build an electric hand that's worth anything? Perhaps I should blame it on capitalism, I don't know. But the fact is, something isn't working.

  • @someman7

It wasn't the electronics side of it that held cybernetics back. It was working out how to interface it with the nervous system. It's more complicated than it seems. And the only reason it exists at all is capitalism. There's a demand for prosthetics like these.

  • @Zamboro My point was, if the demand was higher, this would've been perfected already. But your argument about interfacing with the nervous system does make sense. It's just that so far from what I've seen, people were bragging about the hands themselves. As in: it can grip an egg without braking it. :-/

  • they need to make this exactly the same except make it able to apply like 5,000 pounds of pressure so you can be super strong!!!

  • i love science tech.

  • does that mean if i loose my hand, i still play video games. cool

  • simply amazing. Now imagine what we will have just a few years from now.

  • exactly, i expect in a few years you wouldn't even be able to tell if someone had one

  • Hopefully the reactions will be quicker by then, I think that is the only small flaw they have! I play drums and if those hands are able to hold a drumstick properly and flex accordingly... perfect!

  • Wonder if you can arm wrestle with it.

  • thats cool the ilimb. I wonder how strong it is.or they can make them and the person that has one would know how much is what? But cool. Very long time in coming. nice vid. and muppets.. long time not hear that1. :)

  • Simply Amazing !

  • Hail science!

  • absolutely amazing...great showcase for a brilliant piece of technology...but why oh why the muppets song?? It detracts from what this really is all about

  • come on dude.....really?? its a song..who cares.

  • the amount of help the technology of today can provide is just... amazing

  • nice ride! was he using the seatbelt? also, he was using the phone while driving! lol

  • I would like to see him writing :)

    btw I LOVE SCIENCE LOL

  • Imagine the future... where these will be like "periferials" for the human body. Its scary, really.

  • bahahahaha *grabs ass*

  • I guess I am having a hard time finding purpose in why some would want to make light of this video-but I guess that is me.

But this is a truly amazing invention and will bring freedom to many that are missing or were born without this limb.

This video was posted on Facebook, one our FB friends is going to be receiving an ilimb- he is in his 40's and was born without part of his arm. I am so happy for him! I can not imagine his excitement.

Way to go Darin S. :))))

  • and it only cost Denmark = 90,000 kr. or in USA= 16363$ O_o

  • I'm guessing the wife didn't see the butt squeeze scene in the script. It also makes you win at poker which is handy (no pun intended). It would be cool if you could download apps for it, maybe a five knuckle shuffle program.

  • when i first saw that i thought it was staged (real hand in a glove or something). clearly amazing stuff!

  • This vid is great! :D Amazing technoligy :)

  • People who make jokes about this video are loosers who FAIL at life..

  • This is a joke by the way..

I like my hand better :)

.. not to meant to 'cause offence!!

  • my question is.... how do i get an EXTRA limb?

  • it would funny if he accidently ripped his wifes butt cheek off! lol

  • haha

  • lol

  • great video!

  • Hey i have it too im a lower right hand amputee i have a vid of me playing the wii its called i limb i love it its so helpful

  • the world we live in

  • manumana!

  • bionic comando

  • Impresionante la verdad. Hasta quisiera unas jaja

  • the most amazing thing about it is that u just slip it onto your arm without having to connect wires! it senses your muscles moving in your arm and does the rest! AMAZING!

  • Can he explode tennis balls with that hand?

Can he rip phone books in half?

He will come in handy should there ever be another Fembot attack.

  • great hand... but how does it help him jump over a car? lol

  • should be skin-colored - no one would see it's a prothesis...

  • I can't wait for the day that I actually WANT to have my arms cut off so that I can have better ones installed!

  • I have no idea why you got thumbs down for that.... i totally agree!

  • OMG ,is nice!:|

  • wow how much it cost??

  • around $18,000 from what I read earlier today

  • But ifur sponsered by Shriners they give it to u for free

  • how does the strength limit work?

Like if u were crushing someones face with that hand...just think really hard and he'll die?

  • That is freakin' AWESOME!

This looks to be a blessing to those who are missing a hand!

Wonder how long until we can replicate rudimentary feelings of touch?!?

Technology gets more & more amazing every day!

  • did u see the naughty pat on the backside he did with his bionic hand? Looks like the women cant report him cause his hand isnt real...lol...

  • wonderful

  • That was awesome. He can jump over cars now.

  • All we need now are lightsabers!

  • That is about the coolest shit in the world. Congratulations man.

  • I hope some day they can do the same for people like myself missing multiple fingers.
