  • You guys are a gorgeous couple. Hope your having a fantastic week and maybe I can add you guys to Facebook. Take care hugs from Vancouver BC

  • I'm jealous I want a boyfriend too...

  • Y'all are the bestest... greetings from TX

  • Today is the first time I've seen this vid. I love your answer to the akward teen. I moved to the gulf coast of Florida five years ago. I've spoken with many other people straight and gay who have moved here simgle, everyone seems to believe in that "ideal" gay celeb status kind of guy. Clevelanders were much more real. Thanks for not living up to that "perfect" gay guy ideal! Maybe you guys can be the poster men for the real gay guy cultur :-)

  • Great Video Guys....I would love to get my boyfriend to make a video with me but damn he's so shy LOL

  • i kinda cried about the question "how does it feel to be loved"

how i wish i can have that real real love!

  • If you want to meet gay people without going to bars you need to live in someplace like Wilton Manors, Florida or at least visit there. If you're gay you need to go there at least once in your life to see what it's like where being gay is a non-issue.

  • @oakpkdude That's the case in most of northern Europe. Being gay isn't an issue at all in my country.

  • This is so cool. You guys are great! Much Love,Kendall

  • @biggaykendall Thanks Kendall! :-)

  • hey sam hit me up luv videos

  • i dnt understand the questuin at 5:01....someone plz explain???

  • @GayGuy812 who hogs the bed sheets? ie which guy pulls them off the other guy when they are asleep?

    :)

  • laundry day...borrow each other's underwear...dai raga, che schifo!!!! :-)

  • u guys on the ocean? looks warm and sounds nice.....

  • @TubeTrollster We were near a stream and there was a slight breeze going through the trees. It was very nice!

  • My question would be regarding the challenge of different upbringings. My boyfriend was raised Filipino Catholic Highly educated and I was brought up in an Irish working class Mormon household. You can imagine Asians and Irish have vastly different coping and conflict resolution strategies. What was the biggest struggle for you guys in that sense?

  • @elementalpuck There's occasionally a language barrier, but for the most part, we had a similar upbringing. Our moms and sisters are the same age. His mom is basically the Italian version of my southern mom. It's so funny. I can't think of any big struggle.

  • I love this video. The most amazing part is how average you are. I mean that in the best possible way. People think gay people are screaming queens or sex crazed junkies, but mostly we are just regular people with regular jobs. I am now in serious like of you both.

  • you guys are beautiful! God bless you!

  • 'translating for me'..... hahaha cool!

  • watching you two together make me smile, but when you started talking about what it feels like having someone to love you I just broke into tears, you have given me hope and faith that someday I will have someone that loves me.. thank you

  • @giovanniimperiale I'm reading through old comments and had to respond. Thank you for the lovely comment Giovanni. It means the world to me that something as simple as this video has helped you. :-)

  • Sam your so freaking lucky to have him and also thanks spending time responding most comment..... : )

  • @aznguymetal Thanks! I try to respond to most comments. I read every single one, but it's a daunting task to reply to all of them!

  • @KindaGayBlog lucky, good couple, excellent channel! :)

  • Gosh, I love these two videos. It is a very innovative idea.

  • I nearly agree but you both need telling that your gay. Both of you. Then you need time to deal with that. Time is a funny thing, but after a while i think that you will realise to be comfortable being gay then you have to stay in the right areas. Basically gay bars, your homes (gay people have rights to homes) and then it wouldn't be unreasonable to go around your day if you had a reason to be outside. I have 0 problems with you guys. But for the record im totally aware u R gay. peace and gl

  • Thanks for spreading the wisdom :)

  • Someone should have told me to embrace the awkward & shy part over 30 years ago. The next time it comes up, you can call it - a back-up wardrobe! That kind of cover's it all.(no pun intended) Be careful, you might have 1200 over for pizza. Great video guys! Naaman

  • @a40yearoldcub Thank you!

  • @UnversedSong You will. :-)

  • I loved that last part about awkwardness :D

    great stuff guys

  • @BlendAlias Thanks! People should embrace their awkwardness. Awkwardness evokes so many emotions!

  • I've been in a "relationship" for 13 years and I still don't have the answers, but you guys are an inspiration to me. (mr 1000) : )

  • @1bol390 Aw wow thanks so much. Congrats on 13 years. That's an accomplishment for any relationship!

  • @KindaGayBlog thanks guys. : )

  • @KindaGayBlog This is a question for Pier: Did you move from Italy to U.S. jto have a chance to create your own family?? Because I'm Italian and this is the reason why I'll probably do it..

Vi auguro di cuore tutto il bene di questo mondo!! Ciao da Torino

    Giorgio

  • Love these videos guys :-) and to solve the bathroom on-going battle I hired a housekeeper..lol..

    Question:

    1. I know you like camping how about other holidays? Do you like to travel?

    2. When is the housewarming because I want some Italian cooking, good wine and conversation..lol..

  • @THEROBBIEKSHOW We love traveling; we just haven't done much of it yet. That day will come though. Our next big trip will be to Italy since he hasn't seen his family in a long time, and I've never been overseas.

I would totally invite you to our next dinner party. You have to try his homemade pizza!

  • @KindaGayBlog Oh yes and I need a flight ticket, something minor really..lol..I have been to Amsterdam, my partner this year is going to Barcelona etc...oh yeah I get a t-shirt..lol...

  • Great videos! I have a few questions, if you wouldn't mind answering them:

    1. Have you come up against any cultural misunderstandings in your relationship (e.g. words being interpreted differently by each of you)? My hubby is of a different culture, and this was a sticking point early on in our 11-year relationship.

    2. Are you out to your families?

    Thanks!

  • @sbaglioscherzo We haven't had too many misunderstandings. There have been a few words and phrases (can't think of which ones - usually more slang) that I've had to explain. But he knows English very well and has grown very accustom to American culture.

Yep, we're both out to our families. :-)

  • My idea of a perfect guy is an awkward or shy guy. I think that works for people in general though. In my experience the nicest people I know are ones that are shy. Awesome vid man :)

  • @shadetree84 Absolutely. Shy people tend to have way more personality than the loud ones.

  • Does he cook? I'm just wondering, he's Italian, how is it to have a boyfriend that can cook?

  • @TheRobbur He's so passionate about cooking, and it's great. He's taught me how to cook for myself. :-)

  • I like that Pierre is coming out of his shell in the videos more now. I know he has the ESL barrier (I'm assuming) but it's great to see him shine through. He should speak in Italian for us in a future video (again, another assumption).

  • @itirnitii If he speaks in Italian for everyone, all of my subscribers are going to fall madly in love with him! So I better be careful. :-P

  • Hi Guys

another great video .... beening true to oneself is something everyone should do... so loved the Q & As take care

    Bella

  • I loved your video!!! i just wanted to say that your boyfriend reminds me of Javier Bardem Penelope Cruz's husband lol :)

  • @whatastoner121991 He does kinda!

  • THIS MADE ME HAPPY. YOU MADE ME HAPPY. YOUR BOYFRIEND TOO.

    :D !!

  • @KaiserFailed Haha, awesome! Goal accomplished.

  • Nice videos guys. It's wonderful to see a loving gay couple just being themselves. I suspect that, as interesting as the videos are to us, they are also helping you guys get to know each other even better.

Your last bit of advice -- just being yourself and embracing that -- is great.

  • @mdstudio Yes, we had a lot of fun doing this and your questions made for great conversation. :-)

  • cool just what I was in the mood for this morning ;O) We are uncomfortable because of other people not because we arnt PDA people. Oh I think that is a great excuse to go to Italy...So do your families know about each other??? I agree you should relate to any one in life not just gay people...You guys so should have related with gay people on OUR BIG GAY VACATION :O) you still can...Oh i think that is a great example wearing each other underwear is awsome :O)

  • I agree with you at 8:00 ! I used to act just like if I was a calmer person, a normal one to please the person I was dating. And It sucked ! Now I just be myself: all around the place, very emotional about everything. It got few daters away from me, but now I have a boyfriend that loves me for who I really am !

  • i wish i knew that feeling :,(

  • @Mrcaliberz You will one day. Probably sooner than you think.

  • I know when my parents went to India, they spoke of how westerners are shocked by how intimate heterosexual men are with each other. It looks, "gay" to westerners.

What is that thing swaying from the tree in the background?

  • @SugarInHisBlood A dead branch that seems to have taken a liking to Pier. :-)

  • lol! yeah my user name is tough. It is just a portmanteau of my first and last name and the suffix ication. Never thought that it would have to be said outloud haha. but thanks for the answer!!

  • @Roberodification No problem! Thank you for sending a question.

  • you guyz are an inspiration

  • @PlayaX01 Thank you!

  • Are you guys into any sports and if so what?

  • @dothedeed Not really; I mean we'll sometimes watch a game if we come across it on TV. The extent of our athletic abilities doesn't go beyond running, sadly.

  • @KindaGayBlog Im sooo impressed that you seem to respond to all of the comments on your videos - Im starting to feel a little guilty about taking up your time now. Ill try to make sure the questions I leave are worth it.

  • good thing about beeing gay - looks like you are the same size (more or less)... so your both wardrobe doubled when you decided to live together :-)

question to pierre (hope I've chosen the rigth spelling) - where exactly does your family lives in italy, the name of the city/village, north or south? the reason for asking is, I live in austria (next to italy) and if you ever come to europe I would enjoy inviting you two for a visit here - or we meet somewhere else :-)

  • @DemiSecco He's from Northern Italy, close to Milan. We'll let you know whenever we decide to make a trip. :-)

  • Damn those are some annoying usernames to pronounce, haha. Even mine apparently :P (the 4 is instead of an 'a'). I'm glad one of my questions was actually worth answering :). It seems like your relationship is in a really good place right now and really working for you, I hope it makes you happy for a long time :)

  • @Fr4yTheStrings Thanks man! Yeah, you all got some crazy usernames haha. But hearing me trying to pronounce them is pretty entertaining at least.

  • Stay awkward... probably my favourite line through the entire video =D

  • @ChrisEdwardsTV Haha thanks. Awkwardness is the essence of life! ;-)

  • You two are amazing, I wish I had friends like you :D

  • @ivanvannik We'd be happy to be your friends. :-)

  • I shall remain awkward for the greater good.

My question for your next video...Do you both have a lot in common or are there stark differences between you to? If so, how do you work through them?

  • Haha oh god my username =D, I wanted to make a new youtube account just to change it but then I felt I was loosing a little bit of me plus my join date lol, if there's a next time just abbreviate to SBG (btw you said it better than what I expected xD). Loved the answer to the perks question haha you guys are so fun to watch and natural, and thanks for answering my question I feel special now!

  • I forgot to add to the PDA part and what you said because it's so true, my oldest sister has had various European/foreign boyfriends (before she finally got married) and I remember how I was surprised after I got kissed in the cheek by one of them, it was very odd at the time and I was like 10+, society needs to lower their expectations how of men should or shouldn't behave.

  • @SharinByakuGan Many Europeans are unafraid to show affection and that's so wonderful. We're so uptight here in America! When I go to parties with Pier's friends, everyone's kissing each other on the cheek. It threw me off at first and I still feel a little unusual doing it. But it's fun!

  • Do you enjoy traveling?

Where in the world would you most love to go?

  • @YoSoyDavidGalleta We love to travel, though we have taken any big trips yet. I think we'd most like to go to Italy. He hasn't seen his family in a long time and I would love to meet them (not to mention see Italy!)

  • I think you two are a cute couple. ^.^ <3

  • @DisBeKalea Aw thank ya!

  • Hey just a quick question that isn't really related to this vid: did you study marketing/advertising in college? And could you get a job in that field (from what you know) with say, a BA in English Lit?

  • @CAYOMluver I studied journalism and sort of fell into a marketing internship. Most agencies look for people with degrees in creative writing, journalism, English and the obvious marketing & advertising. I don't know any English Lit majors with jobs in advertising but you never know.

  • @KindaGayBlog Well the degree is English but you study literature within it...thanks for the response!

  • I can name something thats awesome about being in a gay relationship - no pms lol Gay guys are lucky like that, lesbians have it so much harder being with each other lol

  • @acornsrus Haha true! I bet that makes for a pretty tumultuous relationship at times.

  • Thanks for answering my question, i do prefer the underwear answer haha

and I'm studying architecture! Now i know there's another gay architect out there :)

  • @omfffffg Sweet! Maybe you all can start a pride group for gay architects. :-P

  • @KindaGayBlog haha great idea! but i think architects need to find a job first tho :) it must be hard on pier doing freelance

  • @omfffffg

    Ciao Bello!

    Il mio amico!

I just had to respond because I studied architectural history, and there is an enormously rich history of queers (LGBT/gay) within your chosen profession! The most prominent that comes to mind immediately, is the late Plilip Johnson!

    Il Suo Amico

    Blaine

  • @blainebill39 Thank you! I am quite shock since i haven't heard of this before but Phillip Jonson is also the one who designed my architecture school. I'll look further into this area.

  • @omfffffg My first ex just finished his undergrad in architecture. There's a bunch of gay architects.

  • This is not meant as an insult, but you guys have only been together for just over a year, is that not how most gay relationships start off?

The openness starts many years in, when the relationship fizzes, and the couple does not want to break up.

Forgive me if I sound ignorant as I spent most of my life in a figurative bubble and I am just curious to know how things work.

    What is Pierre's citizen status?

Because if you cannot get married, will the government send him away at some point?

  • @GyThanksGd It's how most relationships (gay or straight) start off. I'd like to think we hit a pretty big milestone after a year. Maybe that's my naivety speaking. And Pier's a citizen. :-)

  • coming from a similar culture to Pier's, I think the same way about "PDAs", that term doesn't even exist here...displays of affection are just normal, but not between gay people obviously

  • @CAYOMluver European culture is so much more romantic. *sigh* It's so funny how displays of affection are viewed here (which I guess shaped my own views on it.) Americans have to have their little personal bubble at all times!

  • ♂+♂ = ♂♂ ღ ¸¸¸.*.*✬¸•´¸✬⋰.•*´¨)✬(¸✬⋰.•´ (¸.•` * ¸.✬⋰•´¸.•*´¨)✬⋰ (●̮̮̃●̃)۶

  • Yay thanks for answering my question....and I'll stay awkward haha! :)

  • @BRANDONK22 Yaaaaay! :-)

  • awesome ^^

  • keep these videos coming :)

  • @Sharkan16 Oh there's more in store!

  • You two are wonderful! :)

I can really relate to you two.

I'm your typical american guy and my boyfriend is Romanian. We are also quite different in age.

SO, it's nice to see other people like us :)

    <3

  • @ianIPMian Awesome! What do you think the pros are of a bigger age difference?

  • :)

  • @KaiserFailed Oh no! It's not processed yet. I'm sorry you had to see it all grainy-like. :-P I hope you are satisfied with your answer haha.
