Sure, they partnered with Activision Blizzard, but Bungie made it clear that they still own the rights to their new intellectual property, not Activision. Activision will be publishing Bungie's games for the next ten years, not creating them.

Also, it's VERY unlikely we're going to see any Halo games published through Activison.
