These TV guys always get it wrong. 120 hz is not Motionflow. Most sets have 120hz, but only Sony owns Motionflow, which is garbage, so turn it off, since it makes images seem to move at the wrong speed. Don't worry, though, because you can't turn off the 120hz. If you leave that dumb Motionflow on, it makes most movie scenes look like just a video-recorded dress rehearsal, instead of an actual big budget film.
LG 42PW451or Panasonic TX-P42GT20 or LG 42LX6500 or Samsung LE40C750 or sony 37 ex-720 wich tv is the best with 2d gaming and 3d can you guys please tell why and i want no lag at all. im going to use tv fore films and gaming
I bought this TV about a week and a half ago. While it has spectacular features, I have been disappointed with the picture quality in a couple of areas. Unfortunately, many programs, both HD & SD, appear grainy on the set, and this is definitely not due to user error. Even when I'm watching blu ray via my PS3 & HDMI. I've adjusted the picture characteristics several times over, and its still there.
Yes, meanwhile my father bought the 46 EX700 which I recomended :)
I dont have much time to play with but i tried to play DivX filmz from USB. Not all of it but i managed to play several avi filmz.I will check the video codec later when i visit my parents to tell you which supported. I will also chech the firmware version.
@jagdiggarstoratuttar I have been doing some research on these sony tvs and I went into a Sony Center where they had a EX500 and EX700 side by side.
The 700 is LED, and the 500 is not. So therefor the 700 is thinner. But the biggest difference is the contrast. 700 has much darker black, and brigther white.

I played 20 avi files and 3 of them failed.
Some of the failed avi formats :
AVI, 640 x 352, 25.00 fps, video: H.264 X.264 or H.264, audio: MPEG-1 Layer 3 (stereo, 48000 Hz)
AVI, 720 x 304, 25.00 fps, video: DivX 5, audio: Dolby AC3 (6 channels, 48000 Hz)

And the successfully played avi formats:
AVI, 640 x 480, 25.00 fps, video: DivX 3 Low-Motion, audio: MPEG-1 Layer 3 (stereo, 44100 Hz)
AVI, 512 x 304, 25.00 fps, video: XviD, audio: MPEG-1 Layer 3 (stereo, 48000 Hz)
AVI, 640 x 352, 25.00 fps, video: XviD, audio: Dolby AC3 (6 channels or stereo, 48000 Hz)
AVI, 640 x 272, ~25 fps, video: DivX 4, audio: MPEG-1 Layer 3 (stereo, 44100 Hz)
AVI, 720 x 304, 23.98 fps, video: XviD, audio: Dolby AC3 (6 channels, 48000 Hz)

Seriously considering this TV. I might go with this at 40" or the EX500, looking towards this though.

Does this TV supports DivX? (with subtitle) ?

@SinJeeeah I'm not positive. For more tech specs, I would check SONY's web site or contact their customer support center directly.
