First we have to get said message in order to work around this. Since jailbreaking is legal now, can anyone confirm the fact that apple knows if your jailbroken or not and refuses to offer help over the helpline (as if they really help in the first place)? If they are phishing around in our phones, kiss your warranty goodbye. Ive jailbroken and restored twice (found a bug), and I think that when you restore it sends a report back to apple. ehh...sketchy business.

No problem here! The work-around to this silly Apple attempt to control the world is to spawn a task to send a response message to the server with the original information of the iPhone before it was hacked (jail break/unlock). The responding message might need to be modified each time to update real-time information such as date/time and GPS location.

In the UK (United Kingdom) the iPhone 4 comes unlocked on any GSM Carriar, so when you order your iPhone 4 from the apple online store they don't give you a Micro-Sim. Therefore you have to go to a carriar store which provide a Miro-Sim and iPone 4 Plans. So I don't think its going to harm people in the UK, including me.
