Although i dont know if this method works, there is a different way to seperate the hydrogen and oxygen using an hho fuel cell. If you take two wires and stick them in water and hook up a battery the water seperates into hydrogen and oxygen. If you can make it efficient, it is highly explosive and has a lot of power. Look it up and you will see how many people use it to help reduce car emissions.
Well here is the proof - Drink a litre of Salt Water and see if you can run a few miles on that in the morning.
But on a more serious note, there is no "Energy in salt water". It needs more energy to breakdown water into it's constituents, Hydrogen and Oxygen. There is emperical evidence supporting that. Any claims of free energy and "ultimate clean fuel" are fraudulent.

Konzen appears on youtube with his pulse motor, another which apparently recycles back emf from the collapsing fields in the coils. He is in no way connected with this video...
