Very informative. MGB seems like the obvious way to go. Good point about more complications with roux en Y. Lap band = foreign body inside.... always a bad idea. You're just asking for erosion, slippage...etc (complications).
surely is courteous but he is simply wrong about the lap band, a safe and effective method of losing weight and keeping it off ... the snide comment about how junk food can be used to counter is just a reflection of how any determined human can defeat any surgery.
