Well atfirst she started to explain it in a more "historical" way, then realize anime fans(who for the most part couldn't care less) was watching so she dumbed it down. Then she realize that American fans (who the majority of dont know where most European countries are) was watching, and dumbed it down further.
I googled it and found out, that Polish horses(Konik) are a mixed breed between domestic horses and descendants of the now extinct tarpan. In shorter terms they were under government protection and the majority of the breed can only be found in the nature reserves of Poland. During the war, they proably wanted to protect the species. Atleast I think so. o.o

Well atfirst she started to explain it in a more "historical" way, then realize anime fans(who for the most part couldn't care less) was watching so she dumbed it down. Then she realize that American fans (who the majority of dont know where most European countries are) was watching, and dumbed it down further.

I googled it and found out, that Polish horses(Konik) are a mixed breed between domestic horses and descendants of the now extinct tarpan. In shorter terms they were under government protection and the majority of the breed can only be found in the nature reserves of Poland. During the war, they proably wanted to protect the species. Atleast I think so. o.o
