People tend to sing similar to those they listen to and in the styles of music they listen to. He's a human being made of the the same stuff every1 else is. Not everybody can physically sound completely different from others. Besides that, it's human nature to copy others. We all become conformers in our quest for noncomformity.

ok in my opinion, the judges did a good job picking Casey Abrams, and Scotty Mcreery, but Brett Loewenstern no. Robbie Rosen, no. And Stefano, as much as I wanna support him because I'm from Kent, WA, he's not as good of a singer as he's trying to be. You see, now some will agree with me on this. When Simon was on the show he was very hard on ppl. On todays A.I. most of the singers are like...the best it could ever get, best A.I. in many years if you ask me, but without Simon the judges looses credibility with the public, because you see, we are not dumb, we know his perfomace was not '' good '' or over the top wtv...it wasnt bad but it wasnt good either...it was regular if u ask me.
