However, it is possible starvation as a training method was used, and if so it is bad shit, but who knows? Most kittehs are trained without starvation used as a tool.

It's even more impressive since the cat is a calico. Calicos and torties are not stupid, but they are notoriously unstable, and are consequently not that easy to train. I know, 'cause I've had a few. Of course, with love and socialization from an early age (as well as a love of treats), nearly anything is possible. :-;;>
