@abigor66666 The name of this short documentary is "Welcome to Beirut".
It features clips from various films in it including the one you mentioned, West Beirut, as well as interviews with it's director Ziad Doueiri.

ummm.... their is nothing happening right now.. and the civil war ended 25 years ago.. and why is their a scen from.. ' west Beirut" where the movie takes place in the civil war?
