When I was an ATA ref, back in the 1990s, we only had to be a level 3 to ref interstate games. Back then the levels only went to 4 levels. Now as a TFA ref you have to be at least a level 5/6 to be able to referee here.

no offense taken but very easily? if you actually thought about it you'd realise touch would be more likely to have injurys than most other sports. sure they may not be serious ones like broken bones or anything but heaps of muscle and ligiment strains and tears which is to serious to play with in any sport but in particular touch cos its so intense on short sharp sprints, quick direction changes and diving. hope that answers your question but seriously think a little b4 asking another dumb 1

yeah in tassie. this is my third yr and unfortunately the comp has been going downhill dramaticly we had 14 teams in my first season and this year only 6 which kinda sucks although the touch assosiation has decided to pay me to promote it in the schools and busnesses to get mor teams for next yr which should help but yeah the comps are nothing special but despite that we still have some pretty decent players
