In PMQ's today the PM was asked about the rise in waiting lists being told of the Cardiac, Orthopaedic and Cancer ops waiting times going up by up to 75%. His reply was his typical topic bending "Waiting times in outpatients have gone down considerably. I doubt many heart ops are within the scope of outpatient. He really isn't fooling anyone.
